Dear Parents/Carers

With the successful introduction of ParentMail, we are very pleased to say that Pluspay will be going live very shortly. Pluspay is the payment element of ParentMail and it enables you to pay for school dinners, trips and swimming etc at the click of a button.

It’s a safe and secure method of payment and as such, we will be phasing out all other forms of payment (cash and cheques), by the end of the academic year. This includes pay-ments made by BACS in the current format.

If this is going to be an issue for you, please speak to us before the end of June.

If you owe payment for any current activities (PGL, swimming, Braeside etc), you may con-tinue to pay using cheque, cash or traditional BACS. Any future trips or events that re-quire payment will need to be made via Pluspay only please.

If you haven’t done so already, we strongly recommend you download the ParentMail app. All correspondence, replies and payment can be made via the app in a matter of minutes. You will also get an alert when a new item of correspondence is sent out. It is free to down-load and easy to use. If you need any assistance, please visit the office and we will be happy to help out.

Please see the letter sent today regarding school dinners after half term as ordering and payment for school dinners can only be done via ParentMail and Pluspay.
