Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia will organize and conduct the Farm Structure Survey 2018.is survey is funded from the EU Pre-accession assistance, withnin the National IPA 2016.

Importancee obtained results are expected to re�ect

the actual status of Serbian agriculture and they will be used to support the undertaking of

measures of agricultural policy.

e Survey is envisaged to cover 120 000 agricultural holdings in the terittory of the Republic of Serbia, namely:

family agricultural holdings holdings of legal entites

Coverage

Well-trained and authorized interviewerswill visit the holdings, which will be timely informed in written form.

holdings of unincorporated enterprises

e collected data shall be regarded as official secret and published as aggregated data only.

Guaranteed con�dentiality

e Survey results will be published until30 September 2019 and they will contain

utilized agricultural arealivestock fundagricultural machinery and equipmentproduction method in agriculture labour force engaged

e accurate replies of respondents will add to acquiring knowledge on the actual status of Serbian agriculture: what we can offer and what we

need.

Required responsiveness

e Survey results will be useful toagricultural producers for better anticipation of agricultural production, for their applying for thenational and the EU agricultural support funds, and to get knowledge on agricultural domains to invest in.
