Signing Up
If you have already volunteered with us before, sign in with your username and password on the left.
If you are new to Take Ten, please fill out the information on the right.

Fill out or confirm all personal information.
Personal Information
Below the personal information is a waiver section. Waivers need to be completed every year. Please
sign your name followed by the date. If you would like to read the waivers, they can be
found by hovering over the information icon next to the text box.
All waivers need to be signed and dated.

Scroll down below waivers to qualifications. THIS INFO MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE WE CAN ASSIGN YOU TO A SITE.
Please mark “available” or “not available” for each time.
Also, fill in an expiry date (the end of the semester) for each time slot.

Once you have been assigned to your site(s), you will be able to view your schedule by clicking on the “Assignments” tab.
Viewing Your Schedule
From the Welcome Page, click on My Profile to view your personal information.
Updating Information
If you need to make a change to your information, click on the Basic Info or Additional Info tab.
