As we look back on the Belgian Days, we still have some interesting news before the end of the year:

new arrivals and several activities.

Meanwhile, if we don’t meet at one of these events, I wish you all a pleasant Holiday season and a

Belgian Days 2014

The screening of the Silent movies delighted once more the attending audience, from young to old.

As every year, the opening reception brought opportunities of contacts and networking. During

this evening, the Primus Inter Pares for “innovative information technology” was awarded to

Bulavto.

On the 12th

of December, we had an excellent jazz concert by Belgian sax player Stéphane Mercier,

followed by the opening of the exhibition round Adolph Sax, Belgian inventor of the saxophone.

Solvay celebrated this year two anniversaries : 60 years of soda ash production and 40 years from

the construction of new soda ash plant in Devnya.

On Monday 17th

, the managers of the company Cordeel animated a captivating evening about the

building of Bulgaria Mall.

On Wednesday 19th

, Mrs. Chombar, CEO of Melexis met the students of Technical University to

explain the philosophy of the company.

And finally, on the 21st

, the “cherry on the cake” : a very pleasant gala diner in a festive

atmosphere to conclude the 2014 edition and to celebrate the 10th

anniversary of the BBL BC.

Belgian Days 2014 are now over and can certainly be

considered as a “grand cru”. All participants were pleased

with the very rich and diversified “fun, food and

architecture” program of this year. We give you a short

overview of this successful edition, and just look forward to

the next one.
