Annual Report2018
A MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR
FINANCIALS
M E M B E R S
The Chamber’s fiscal year ends December 31, 2018
It has been an honor to serve as Chairman of the Gig Harbor Chamber of
Commerce for the past two years. I could not have done it without the wonderful
support of my Board, Chamber staff and many volunteers. Thank you!
During 2018 the Chamber board has worked hard to promote the value and
visibility of the Chamber, enhance military partnership, and more. Our dedicated
committee chairs have worked hard for the Chamber, Chamber members, and
the community at large. Without them we wouldn't be able to accomplish as
much as we have, such as the PLU study, our Military Partnership Committee, our
positions on various taxes affecting the community, our support of the Peninsula
School Education Foundation, and our continued support for the Peninsula School
District by contributing $10,000 to the local Junior Achievement program.
On behalf of my family, my business, the Chamber, and the Board of Directors,
I thank you all for your continued support and desire to make Gig Harbor a
wonderful place to live and work.
