Just Between Ourselves

perhaps no introduction is necessa ry .

W e shall come to know and understand

each other as time passes, and such an

acquaintance will be happy and lasting.

In all our lectures and official writings

we try to eliminate the human person-

ality and keep our work free from per-

sonal aggrandizem ent. But, so many of

our members have asked to be permitted

to make the acquaintance of those with

whom they are dealing, day after day,

and year after year, that we have taken

this m anner— sepa rated from the lec-

tures and teachings— to introduce ou r-

selves to our beloved Brothers and

Sis ters of AM O R C of No r th A merica.

W e hope this introduction to the

Official Staff proves to be pleasant and

helpful.

W e are a lways happy to have our

members— or their f r iends and acq uain-

ta nc es — come a nd visi t our National

Headquarters, si tuated in "The Valley

of Hear ts Delight" in San Jose, Cali-

fornia.

Our beautiful Egyptian Temple with

its carving in stone and gold: and its

many symbolical paintings, will inspire

you as you sit in meditation and listen

to the music that comes from the mystic

vista of Egypt in the "East"

And. the Oriental Museum, with itsrare collection of antiques from mystic

shrines, will instruct you.

You may also visit all our executive

and working departments while one of

our hostesses escorts you through the

Administration Building. If you are here

during the weekday evenings you may

attend the convocations in the Temple.

The Staff Officers will always be glad

to see you and greet you cordially.
