    Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PTS Technical Services, a utilities consulting andtechnology firm with over 150 employees and total annual sales of over $15 million. Under hismanagement, PTS was selected as the 24

    Magazine in 1990 (1st

    in Texas), with an average annual growth rate of 48%. Firm was acquiredby Gulfstar Industries, Inc. (a NASDAQ-listed holding company) in September 1995.

    Served as Vice President, Metzler & Associates. As Vice President, Mr. Bishara acquired andmanaged large complex consultative engagements. Clients included Illinova / Illinois Power,Texas Utilities (TXU), Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), Entergy and others. He provided strategyconsulting and implementation, marketing and product development, IT / outsourcing,globalization studies, business development, merger & acquisition studies, change managementsupport, and post-merger integration support.

    Mr. Bishara also developed business cases to improve procurement systems and processes,including the development of a tax-effective supply chain management system, for numerouslarge corporations.

    Assisted the Utilities Practice Leader at A.T. Kearney, Inc., a management consulting firm. Mr.

    Bishara was responsible for managing numerous major client relationships. In this role, Mr.Bishara acquired and managed business development and marketing consultative engagementsfor clients. He provided routine analysis of competitive marketplace for wholesale and retailpower and energy services for clients throughout the US, including asset rationalization and exitstrategy for its nuclear operation. He also developed Utility Practice Intellectual Capital withmajor emphasis on the Nuclear industry.

    As a Lead Engineer with Ebasco Services, Inc. (now Washington Group), Mr. Bishara heldnumerous engineering and managerial positions. His responsibilities included design andmanagement of six nuclear and coal-fired power plant systems, components and testing. He alsosupervised more than 100 employees on two $3 billion projects spanning three years.
