Building 44 is a two-floor, 61,300-square-foot building suited for administrative, laboratory, computer room, storage and light manufacturing. The Partnership has more than 300,000 square feet of light and heavy manufacturing, laboratory and office space available. The Partnership is putting $1 million worth of improvements into the building to provide tenant-ready office, lab and manufacturing space.
