She has held senior leadership roles herself, and has extensive project management and coaching experience working with women through her 6 year involvement in National Women's Leadership Program Compass with Dattner Grant – a program which has now helped over 1000 women across Australia. Ami has consulted to management consultancy firm Dattner Grant for over 8 years.
