The project was designed to achieve the following outcomes

1. Enhanced understanding of ways to use activities to teach ESL;

2. Enhanced knowledge of English, in particular communicative,

reading, writing, and listening skills;

3. Enhanced understanding of another culture’s values, traditions,

history and current concerns;

4. Explored life and activity of famous American and Ukrainian

educators and their contribution to the development of pedagogy.

4. Able to use basic information communication technologies

(ICT) for instructional purposes.

5. Able to engage in collaborative projects using social networking

tools in a multicultural environment
