It also helps readers prepare for situations in their personal lives that may be uncomfortable. $. What is the value of this novel: In this instance, why e!ose readers to characters which are not %erfect&, or for a different trac" all'together, what do you consider the danger of moral relativism# I think it is important that people read things that aren’t always morally right and have happy endings and so on. Stories like this one expand on moral issues and things people may actually face, see, or hear about in the real world. So, this novel is used to help readers learn about this sort of stuff in an interesting way. To me, the danger of moral relativism is that everyone has different ideas of what is okay and not okay, and that causes conflicting ideas and there is no clear right and wrong. (. What is the value of this novel: In this regard, what do you consider, if any, the noteworthiness of ideas you found new or original, if not even innovative# I really liked that aiman referenced so many gods and it made me want to know more about them. !ather than "ust going on and reading the book like one typically does, I felt the need to learn more independently about the characters so that I could understand it better. I think it is very rare to find a novel that makes you want to know more rather than "ust reading what was given to you. ). If you could tell the writer your oinion of the te!t, what would you state# *lease be elaborative, not merely %it+s siffy& "ind of resonses I would tell the author that I really respect their creativity. It isn’t very often you see the main characters be as uni#ue as the ones and this story, and the story line overall is very original and like nothing I ever have read before. I really liked reading something this different. -. What do you feel you have learned this novel, from the in'class romts, and from this reflection# I feel like this novel and the assignments associated with it have taught me that I know nothing about gods and history. $ lot of the references I had to research separately. I also learned that stories that aren’t like the average novel my age range reads are extremely interesting.
