General InformatIon

Our printable chocolate is premium grade chocolate by Bloomers chocolate. Milk or Dark chocolates are available. White chocolate is available for some items with a minimum of 100-500 pcs. Our printable truffles are made with gourmet Belgium chocolate while our handmade chocolate items are made with Guittard premium chocolates. Bloomers and Guittard Chocolate Companies are U.S. companies.

With the technology used, there is no need to charge excessive setup charges. Our standard setup charge is $25 per image. We keep images on file for 3 months unless multiple runs are commissioned over a period of time. Generic items will be made available and will not incur the setup charge.

Packaging shown is priced with product. If alternative packaging is needed, we will work with you to create the perfect package. We are here for you!

Proofs

All orders will receive an electronic proof prior to production to obtain approval to proceed. There is no charge for this. Spec Product proof charges are $25 which will be applied to the order if approved. Allow one week from receipt of camera ready artwork. Freight charges will be additional.

artwork requIrements

Supply digital artwork as eps, tiff, jpeg in 300 dpi or better by E-mail or our ftp site. Vector artwork reproduces for best results. If proper artwork is not supplied or manipulation is required, additional charges maybe incurred. Fonts smaller than 11 pts do not reproduce as well. If using thin fonts (thin lines), they must be larger than 12 pts. All fonts must be sent with files.

We cannot accept copyrighted images without

permission from the owner. All materials submitted by the customer for us to reproduce in the order will be accepted by us as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademarks, service marks, copyright, right to privacy, patent or similar protection. Upon order placement the customer agrees to hold us harmless for any damages, costs, and/or expenses when they arise under such laws as a consequence of our use of said materials in producing the ordered items.

ImPrInt Colors

We do not use a traditional color matching system since we use 100% FDA approved food coloring. We use the Pantone Color Bridge books to reference as a matching guide. Please supply PMS colors and specify if Coated or Uncoated colors used.

Custom PrIntInG on Boxes and rIBBons

Design requirements are similar to that of hot stamping. No more than 2 colors for hot stamping and intricate detailed images can not be reproduced. Custom printed box covers require a minimum of 50 boxes per image, along with additional setup charges. These charges are dependant upon your image and box requirements. Allow 3-4 weeks for custom box orders. As an alternative, we offer full color labels to affix to box lids. We offer white or clear acrylic labels that are waterproof and high quality imprinting. Call for details.

CanCellatIons/ChanGes/returns Cancellations can not be made once printing has begun. If cancellation is received in writing prior to this phase, a $40 charge plus all factory costs will be due. Changes can be made prior to printing phase with a $25 change fee. Changes in delivery dates must be requested in writing and will be discussed. Additional charges may apply. In regards to returns, written notice upon 2 days of receipt is required. Resolution of issue will be handled

warm weather delIvery

Our chocolates require special handling during the warmer months (typically, April through September). During these months when the temperature can rise above 82 degrees, we will include a $10-$12 surcharge per insulated box and include ice packs. Your chocolates will also be shipped overnight to ensure their integrity during warm weather.

Drop Shipping & FulfillmentThere is no additional charge for split shipments (bulk items), but there is an additional charge for individual and multiple addresses of one order. Call for more details.
