We proudly introduce the world’s finest, hand-crafted and most exquisite leather for upholstery and covering use, the American Alligator Collection.
With its provenance in the bayous in the South, the alligator is harvested legally from the wild for both southern fare and its prized hide. A renowned tannery in Louisiana then artfully crafts each hide into a work of natural beauty. The collection is available in a palette of 17 colors, and two finishes, matte and polished. Never before has such an exotic material been offered with an array of choices and colors for the world of interior design.
Edelman scrutinizes every supplier involved with our business, and our dedication to ensure high ethical standards and appropriate practices are being engaged throughout procurement and processing of our products. We stand by our tanneries, hunters, fisherman, and farmers as Edelman leathers are a bi-product of the food industry.
These hides show off their natural beauty marks, a sign of luxury.
