Modern doomsayers have been predicting climate and environmental disaster since the 1960s. They continue to do so today. No predictions with due dates have ever come true. While enthusiastically reported by the media, the failures are never acknowledged.

A. Wrong Again: 50 Years of Failed Eco-pocalyptic Predictions

• 1967 — Stanford University expert Paul Erlich predicted great famine by 1975

• 1971 — Top NASA expert predicted “ice age” by 2021

• 1988 — It was predicted that the Maldives would be under water by 2019

• 2008 — Al Gore said polar bears would be extinct and Arctic ice would disappear by 2013

• 2009 — Prince Charles said there was just 96 months left to save the world (2017)

• 2019 — Bernie/New Green Deal: “earth won’t be able to support life in 12 years”

B. Lying/Deception: Prevalent in the Last Days – 1 Timothy 4:1-2

The Spirit says in the last days some will depart from the faith, giving heed to

deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, 2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having

their conscience seared with a hot iron

1. Climate Change, like Evolution, rejects God and the biblical account of creation!

2. Both (Evolution/CC) attack the veracity of God’s Word – Gen. 3:1 “Hath God said?”

3. Trump wisely rejected both the Paris Climate Agreement and Green Climate Fund

II. Biblical Inspiration: Validated by Science

A. The Bible is not a book about science, but whenever it touches science, it’s accurate

Science cannot know anything about creation because it’s not repeatable and it wasn’t observable. No one was there and there are no eyewitnesses. Therefore, any view of creation is a matter of faith solely determined by one’s chosen religious system.

III. Scientific Accuracy of the Bible

The Bible not only stands up under the assaults of so-called science, it is also far ahead of science. It’s far ahead of scientific discovery. The Bible says things that are true long before man ever discovered them to be so. There’s no contradiction between true science and the Bible, only between pseudo-science and the Bible. The Bible is always scientifically accurate.

IV. God is Sovereign: He Alone Preserves the Universe – Rev. 4:11

You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.

A. The Earth was created as the theatre for God’s plan of Redemption to play out

The sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself. The

8 The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and the sun was allowed to scorch people with fire. 9 They were seared by the intense heat and they cursed the name of God, who had control over these plagues

E. Earth was never meant to be permanent – Earth is designed as a disposable planet

V. Enthroned in Glory – Rev. 8:1-4

1 When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. 2 And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them (The 7 Trumpet Judgments). 3 Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar (Altar of Incense). He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all God’s people, on the golden altar in front of the throne. 4 The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of God’s people, went up before God from the angel’s hand.

VI. Moses’ Tabernacle - A Model of Heaven

They serve at a sanctuary that is a copy and shadow of what is in heaven. This is why Moses was warned when he was about to build the tabernacle: See to it that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.

B. Altar of Incense – Prayers Trigger God’s Judgment

I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God 10 And

they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and

avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth? (Rev. 6:9-11)

The sixth angel: I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar… (Rev. 9:13)

An angel came out from the altar…and he cried… Thrust in your sharp sickle (Rev. 14:18)

I heard another from the altar saying… true and righteous are Your judgments. (Rev. 16:7)

C. Ark of the Covenant in Revelation – Rev. 11:19

19 The temple of God which is in heaven was opened; and the ark of His covenant appeared in His temple, and there were flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder and an earthquake and a great hailstorm.

VIII. How The First Four Trumpets Blast The Green New Deal

The Trumpet reflects the Voice of Jesus – Rev. 1:10-11

10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, 11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last:

1. 3 Ancient *Parallels

*God’s Fingerprints keep showing up from one historical period of judgment to another

*Parallels are patterns laid down in the OT to help us understand them in the end times 1. The 10 plagues of Egypt were a rehearsal for the final plagues of Revelation

Parting the Red Sea and Splitting the Mount of Olives

At the completion of the plagues of Egypt, God parted the Red Sea (Ex. 14:21) allowing Israel to escape the armies of Pharaoh (Ps. 78:13).

At the completion of the Tribulation plagues, Christ parts the Mt. of Olives allowing Israel to escape the armies of Antichrist (Zech. 14:4-7).

10 Ways Pharaoh Foreshadows Antichrist

Pharaoh of Egypt was a striking and accurate portrayal of Antichrist

“Scripture says of Pharaoh, For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I might show my

power in you, and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth.” [Romans 9:17]

1. Pharaoh was the supreme ruler of Egypt who did everything possible to control,

persecute and kill the Jewish people. Antichrist will head Satan’s final empire and do

everything in his power to exterminate the nation of Israel.

2. Pharaoh came from Assyria (Isa. 52:4); Antichrist will also rise from Assyria (Micah 5:5).

3. Exodus 1 presents Pharaoh as keeping the Israelites in a small piece of land and

enslaving them there. Likewise, Antichrist will take over the West Bank, shrinking Israel’s

land and harass them in their small territory.

4. Pharaoh like Antichrist attempted to cut off Israel from being a nation.

5. Pharaoh defied God. When Moses and Aaron appeared before him and said, "Thus saith

the Lord God of Israel, Let My people go, that they may hold a feast unto Me in the

wilderness", his arrogant reply was, "Who is the Lord, that I should obey His voice to let

Israel go?" (Ex. 5:1,2).

6. God's two witnesses (Moses and Aaron) performed miracles before Pharaoh (Ex. 7:10);

God's Two Witnesses in the Tribulation work miracles before the Beast (Rev. 11:6,7).

7. Pharaoh had magical resources and demonic sorcerers at his disposal (Ex. 7:11), and

Antichrist will have his (2 Thess. 2:9; Rev. 13:13-15).

8. Pharaoh made promises to the Hebrews, only to break them (Ex. 8:8,15). Antichrist will

promise peace and safety by signing a 7-year covenant at the start of the Tribulation but

then he invades Israel half-way through the Tribulation and sets out to destroy Israel.

9. Pharaoh was overthrown at the time that Israel started out for the promised land. In a

similar way, Antichrist will be cast into the Lake of Fire just before Israel enters into

everlasting possession of their promised land inheritance. (Rev. 19:20)

10. Pharaoh met with a drastic end at the hands of God (Psa. 136:15; Ezek. 30:20-26).

Likewise, Antichrist will be captured and tossed into the Lake of Fire (Rev. 19:20).

4. Parallels of Jericho and the 7 Trumpets of Revelation – Joshua 6:6

A. Two Sets of Squatters that Worship the Moon god

The Battle of Jericho – The land that rightfully and lawfully belonged to Israel was under siege by evil usurpers who worshipped the moon god

The Battle of Jericho – Before the destruction of Jericho, like the Rapture, Rahab supernaturally escaped. Since she was not a Jew but in the Messianic line, it would be fair to see her as a model of a Royal “Gentile Bride.”

The Tribulation – Before the Tribulation, the Church, who is the Gentile Bride of the Messiah escapes via the Pre-Tribulation Rapture.

C. Two Strongholds Need to be Destroyed

The Battle of Jericho – The walled city was the stronghold that stood in the way of the conquest of Israel

The Tribulation – Satan’s final empire and its evil ruler Antichrist pose a powerful stronghold that must come down before Jesus returns as King of Kings

D. Two Silences for Season of Prayer

The Battle of Jericho – The Israelite army was commanded to march around the walls in silence for six days before the 7 trumpets were to be blown

The Tribulation – There was silence in Heaven for half an hour (Rev. 8:1) before the 7 Trumpets are blown

E. Two Sets of 7 Trumpets Overwhelm the Enemy

The Battle of Jericho – After the Priests blow their 7 trumpets, the walls of Jericho fell, and the city was taken

the sky on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water—

11 the name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters turned bitter, and many

people died from the waters that had become bitter.

A. Fear will grip men’s hearts watching another incoming Asteroid – Lk. 21:11

11 There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.

B. The 3rd Trumpet moves inland to target earth’s Fresh Water Supply

C. This deadly asteroid has a fiery trail that disintegrates over earth’s atmosphere dropping invisible, poisonous gas across 1/3 earth’s fresh waters

The Asteroid is called Wormwood - A bitter & poisonous herb – Jer. 9:15; 23:15

D. The Invisible Gas seems undetectable by taste or smell and secretly poisons 1/3 of earth’s rivers, lakes, springs and wells in its path without anyone knowing it

Whoever drinks the poisoned water will die (vs. 8) “Many people die” Fear of the unknown: Now man faces the gripping problem of not knowing where the line of contaminated water is located

Meanwhile, the UN will probably keep sponsoring scientific seminars like, “How to cope with the damage to earth’s ecosystems by Climate Change”

B. Forget Global warming… This is Global Dimming (Ezek. 32:7-8; Joel 2:10, 31; 3:15)

God’s grace comes as this judgment will hinder and frustrate the Caliphate armies of Antichrist. With the trees burned up, God has taken away their source of firewood to keep the military warm on the road. Now God lowers the temperature to freezing and stretches out the darkness to further hamper the enemy military activities.

C. The light of the Sun, Moon and Stars is decreased by one-third

This brings 1/3 less light at night and 1/3 less light during the day

D. 33% Less Light and 33% Less Energy from the Sun - This phenomenon will drastically affect all forms of life and plants on earth including weather patterns, temperature, sea tides, energy, wind, agriculture, navigation, health, human emotions, destruction of crops and further loss of animal and human lives.

This judgment brings the opposite effect of Global Warming - Global Cooling! Temperatures will plunge over the world. God is stripping away the comforts man refused to recognize, making life on earth uncomfortable

F. “The Blackened Sky Plague” - Sinful men favor darkness

1. God increases darkness throughout Revelation – Rev. 9:2; 16:10 2. Time is up for earth’s Light-rejectors who receive darkness - Jn. 3:19-20

19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.

God’s Climate Warning
