Role models Mentoring Networking

The SUPREME mentor program enables you to come intocontact with a successful person to talk about you and yourfuture ambitions.How did he or she achieve their goals and how did they get towhere they are today? An industry mentor will help you todetermine what it is you want, help you set your goals and thenachieve them.

Step 1: Intake. First you will have an intake interview with theSUPREME mentoring team at your school. In an informalconversation you will get acquainted with each other. Then withthe SUPREME mentoring team, you will determine what it is youwant to achieve with mentoring, both for your career and for youas a person. Together we determine what your mentoring goalsare and who would be a suitable mentor for you.

Step 2: Connecting you to a mentor. Based on the intake form,the SUPREME mentoring team in your school will search for asuitable mentor for you. They will find a person that not only willhelp you achieve your goals but also someone that is right for youpersonally. A good match is the key for a successful mentorship!

Step 3: First meeting with mentor. The SUPREME mentoringteam will make an appointment to introduce you to your mentor.Here you both express your goals and expectations. Then anappointment will be made for the first mentoring meetingbetween you and your mentor.

Step 4: Let the mentoring begin! Now the actual mentoringprocess starts. With your mentor, you talk about day-to-dayexperiences and you will learn how the mentor achieved his orher goals. You also determine practical issues like how often youwant to meet, etc.
