ALUMINUM FRAMESThe tables, chairs, bar stools, plus sofa and loveseat frames are perfect for commercial/contract usage and are built using 3mm gauge aluminum, which is well above the patio industry standard of 1.3mm traditionally used for most outdoor furniture. All frames are powder coated and rustproof.

STAINLESS STEEL FRAMESAll frames are high gauge, rust free and are constructed to the highest levels possible. Their strong, sturdy and beautiful designs are ideal for indoor and outdoor use.

FRAMEWORKThe seating area of our designer/commercial furnishings receives additional support through proper framing underneath the seat area, something we believe is essential in creating furnishings that receive a lot of use.

ALL WEATHER WICKER WEAVEDining tables, lounge chairs plus sofas, loveseats and sectionals are hand weaved using high density polyethylene all weather weave. The resins we use to create the weave are the strongest in the industry, and are a patented product we created color fastness, durability and beauty.

Designed to withstand all weather conditions from the extreme cold of the Rockies to the extreme heat of the tropics, the weave is perfect for the outdoors and its beautiful feel and look allow the collections to be utilized in indoor applications. This all-weather weave is non-toxic and recyclable.

In addition to using the furniture in outdoor applications, many of our clients utilize the furniture in their indoor restaurants, foyers, lounge areas, solariums and sunrooms.

CUSHIONSThe fabric used for cushions and umbrellas is “Sunbrella”, who are leading manufacturers in outdoor living fabrics. The Sunbrella fabrics are fade, mold, stain and chlorine resistant and perfect for entertaining and relaxing in the greate outdoors. Quick dry foam is available for poolside appication.

STORAGEThere is no need for storage as the furniture as been designed to remain in place through the extreme hot and cold temperature changes. Simply bring the cushions in and cover the collection and you’re done.

materialsWEAVE

To achieve superior quality, we have developed a patented woven material called Solartex. This is comprised of high-density polyethylene and is reinforced with fine PVC fibers that evokes the look and feel of wicker. Solartex can withstand sun, salt, acid rain, pollution and extreme temperatures. Solartex will not fade, crack, or split, making it the perfect solution for outdoor commercial and residential projects.

FRAME

We use tubular and cast aluminum to build our frames. Aluminum is a weather resistant, rust-proof, non-corroding material. We produce a 2.5-3mm aluminum tube thickness that is significantly higher than the standard for contract and residential applications. Our furniture is designed for strength, durability and comfort.

TEAK

Our teak furniture is beautifully handcrafted and carved to complement the character of any outdoor environment. It is a renewable, eco-friendly resource we farm in Indonesia specifically for furniture production. Teak is incredibly oil rich, which protects it from extreme weather and reduces its tendency to crack or split and is resistant to rotting, moisture, and acid rain, easily maintained with teak oil.

STAINLESS STEEL

Stainless steel offers a fresh approach to the design of casual furnishings. It is sleek, stylish and perfectly complements a contemporary outdoor room. Stainless steel has a thin chromium oxide film that provides significant corrosion and rust resistance. For this reason, stainless steel is both durable and reliable outdoors, even in harsh climates. Furthermore, stainless steel is not a significant conductor of heat preventing exposed frames from becoming too hot in direct sun.

FAUX TEAK

Faux-Teak is made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), just like our Solartex wicker. The HDPE we use contains over 75% recycled plastic stemming from mostly plastic bottle/containers. HDPE products are maintenance free, summer or winter, and are resistant to corrosive substances, lotions and oils, salt spray, and all other environmental elements. The material is impermeable so it does not do absorb moisture like conventional wood/teak products; therefore, it will not rot splinter or crack over time. These products do not require painting, staining, or any other treatment application to maintain their durability and appearance.

Using the most sought after brands in outdoor fabric coupled with many different types and grades of foam, we’ll make sure you get exactly the right look, feel, and durability.

FOR HOSPITALITY, we offer waterproof fabrics, quick dry foam, water repellant yarn and zippers to guarantee to the most appropriate and comfortable cushion, but most importantly, made to handle the demands of the hospitality environment. Leave it to us, this is what we do.

We’ll make new cushions for all your chaise lounges, dining chairs, sectionals, daybeds, sofas and club chairs and we’ll even recover your existing umbrellas with stronger and more dependable fabrics.

We can re-vamp and revitalize your outdoor areas in 2-3 weeks. We do not require minimum orders and will be happy to make anything based on your existing template or create new ones.

Choose from our collection of hundreds of stocked outdoor fabrics and if you would like your cushions made using a fabric we don’t currently stock, we happily accept (COM) and will provide all yardage requirements.

workshopAs hotels, resorts, golf clubs, nightclubs, and restaurants continue to work on creating their own unique environment, it has become more important for us to open a “design and build” facility. We look at every piece individually and work with you to create the style that is unique and exclusive to your project. Starting with nothing more than an idea, our design team will create an outdoor living plan to perfectly suit your vision. A conversation leads to some sketches, which then lead to some CAD drawings, which eventually produce samples, and ultimately provide the comfort, elegance and style to meet your expectations.

STEP 1: SKETCH

A great idea starts from scratch. A doodle on a page can lead to some extraordinary ideas. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino had an idea of having some custom stainless steel daybeds around the pool. Here’s how that idea was made into reality.

STEP 2: SCHEMATIC CAD DRAWING

Technical specs are required for custom projects to ensure the specifics are followed and reviewed to produce an optimal, quality product.

STEP 3: PRODUCTION

Our manufacturer overseas begins production of the frames. Our stainless steel furniture is fully welded to ensure strength, durability and versatility.

STEP 4: INSTALLATION

Once the cushion production is completed, the product is shipped to the client’s destination, set up and installed. For larger projects, installment is supervised by the head designer.

rnformation7 Year Residential and 3 Year Commercial Warranty.We warrant our products to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for the period(s) of time listed below. Warranty is valid from the date of purchase to the original purchaser (consumer) only. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt including purchase date) is required. Photos or inspection may be required. In all cases, we will (at its option) refinish, repair or replace part of the defective product or the entire defective product. Replacements will be in the original colour and style, if available; or in a similar colour and style if the original has been discontinued.

FRAME - ALUMINUM Covers against breakage, weld failure, and overall structural integrity. Exclusions include (but not limited to) damage to frames or welds, resulting from improper use or assembly.

FRAME - STAINLESSCovers against breakage, weld failure, and overall structural integrity. Exclusions include (but not limited to) damage to frames or welds, resulting from improper use or assembly. Steel is an oxidizing material which will rust if not treated. All of our products are treated prior to shipping. Our warranty will not cover rust spotting beyond a period of 12 months.

WOVEN COMPONENTSCovers against unravelling or excessive fading. Exclusions include (but not limited to) fading, discoloration, or disintegration resulting from exposure to the elements, oils, spills, fluids, chemicals, or any other cause.

PAINT FINISH Covers against excessive blistering, bubbling, or peeling of the powder-coat paint finish for a period of 2 years. Exclusions include (but not limited to) chips and scratches or fading resulting from normal wear and tear and exposure to the elements.

TEAKCovers against breakage and overall structural integrity. Teak does and will fade, this is not covered as part of the warranty. Other exclusions include (but not limited to) damage to frames resulting from improper assembly, use or continuous exposure to sub-freezing temperatures.

EXCLUSIONS FROM OVERALL WARRANTY

CUSHIONS & FABRICS – 1 YEAR WARRANTYCovers against excessive fading, seam separation, flaws in the fabric, and disintegration of internal materials. Exclusions include (but not limited to) fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to oils, spills, fluids, chemicals, water damage or any other cause are not covered. Additionally, softening of cushions, which is the result of normal use, should not be confused with loss of resiliency due to defects in construction of materials.

GLASS All of our glass is tempered but is not covered under warranty.

UMBRELLA AND SHADE PRODUCTSAll shade products are not covered for any type of damage occurring from wind or climate damage. Regular use defects will be covered for a period of 1 year.

General Exclusions (in addition to the above) warranty will be voided if, and claims will not be honoured on product damages caused by the following:• freight damage, improper shipping, handling, incorrect assembly, product modifications, or accidental damage• unreasonable use, neglect, misuse, abuse, or anything that in inconsistent with the product’s intended use• acts of nature, including (but not limited to) vandalism, freezing, wind, fire, earthquake, tornado, flood, or other natural disasters• damages that develop due to extreme climate conditions• commercial, contract, rental, institutional or other non-residential use in a public place

Other warranty limitations – this warranty is subject to the limitations set forth above. In addition, this warranty is made to the original purchaser (consumer) only, and is effective only if items are purchased from an authorized dealer. This warranty is not transferable. For warranty replacements based on warranty claims submitted within one year of purchase, we will pay shipping and handling charges within continental United States or Canada. After the first year, shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. In no event shall we be liable for special, consequential, or other damages, including injury or damages resulting from improper use or maintenance of the product.
