As 2015 is the Year of Light, “E.sperimenti Gdodance Company” has prepared the new production “Convergenze – Prospec-tive in light” that will be performed by Italian dancers with a contamination be-tween contemporary dance, hip hop and electronic music. Lights and technology will play a major role in creating an original frame for the movements of the artists.

The Duo Canino Bidoli will perform a very interesting and rare concert by piano (Bruno Canino) and violin (Alessio Bidoli), playing almost unheard-of musical masterpieces by two composers of the XIX Century (the Cen-tury of Romanticism), the Italian Antonio Bazzini and the Polish Henryk Wieniawski.

Under the Agreement on academic cooper-ation and exchange between Silpakorn Uni-versity and the Italian Università Politecnica delle Marche, Silpakorn University hosts the Special Lecture “Architectural heritage management and Tourism: the Italian and European experience” by Prof. Antonello Alici, from the Department of Engineering of the Università Politecnica delle Marche. Prof. Alici has been a student of Rossano Viviani, the son of Silpa Bhirasri.

While continuing the tradition of workshops aimed at teaching the Taranta dance to Thai stu-dents, Eugenio Bennato will perform this time with even more Mediterranean rhythm, in an Italian “piazza”-style concert.

A selection of movies from the Italian production of the recent years. It’s a 7 titles list aimed at communicating a contemporary image of the Italian society and culture. The choice focuses on movies which are obtaining international approvals from the audience, the critics and the most important festivals worldwide: an high quality selection of titles that put together film masters with new young authors.
