WE UNDERSTAND THAT NO TWO JOBS ARE THE SAME. To minimise the high cost associated with l i f t instal lat ions, upgrades and maintenance and repairs, we draw on our vast experience in residential and commercial strata projects, to offer a special ised, tai lored solut ion for each customer.

JCA has provided services to the l i f t industry since 1996 and has coordinated many successful projects ranging from small, customized and large residential and commercial strata based projects.

DESIGNOur design service includes equipment assessment, design scope and specif icat ions developed to each customer ’s requirements.

Along with new and upgrade system design services, we also provide administrat ion assistance in the management of the overal l project services and tendering process.

TENDER PROCESS MANAGEMENTWe offer to produce and coordinate tender packages which include the cal l ing of tenders, review of the received documentat ion, tender clar i f icat ions which result in a comprehensive report ing assessment for the project including recommendations and further negotiat ions in order to achieve the best outcome for our customers.

Our services.PROJECT SERVICES AND MANAGEMENTOur project services include working with owner based contracts, or we can offer to provide these contracts amended to the suit the requirements of the owners.

We provide project pre-planning inclusive of program development, cash f low review and negotiat ions and construct ions drawing approvals.

Onsite contractor and project supervision is provided to ensure that projects are coordinated successful ly and include qual i ty inspections and update report ing and f inal cert i f icat ion and defect inspections.

AUDITS We offer a wide range of audits which can be tailored to suit the specific requirements and outcomes desired by our customers.

AT JCA OUR AUDITS INCLUDE:� Lift maintenance standard reviews.

� Escalator and moving walk maintenance standard reviews.

� Equipment Condition and adjustment reviews.

� Capital Expenditure forecasting.

� Work Health & Safety compliance and assessments.

� Annual Safe to Operate certification.

� Lift Code and Building Code of Australia compliance and assessments.

SERVICE AGREEMENTSJCA facilitate a range of maintenance services including the preparation of performance based maintenance agreements along with the review of existing agreements.

We offer to conduct negotiations on behalf of the owners and provide maintenance agreement tendering services.

Our tendering services range from single lift buildings to bulk tenders incorporating several strata plans in order to achieve the most competitive result for the owners.

We understand that not all buildings are the same and each agreement can be tailored to suit.

This includes site specific equipment performance requirements and contractor KPI’s with consideration given to the premises type be it, residential, commercial or a mixed use retail development.
