PoliticsIn 1994, NATO signed an agreement with the name of Partnership for Peace (PfP) between Middle and East Europe. After in the year, Russia joined the PfP too. In the same time, Canada, Mexico and USA signed the North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), an economic collaboration which delete the taxes for import and export between these countries.

MusicThe most popular musical culture was Hip-Hop and Rap, a black American music generally talks about the different problems in the ghettos and the gangster's life (Tupac, B.I.G, Ice Cube, ...) but there were also other styles like Alternative Rock, a new type of Rock with particular sounds, Electronic Music and some bands like Spice Girls.
