Dear Amanda & Patrick,
As you know by now we are thrilled to be including on your upcoming nuptials. We
look forward to collaborating with you to create a cohesive design, a perfectly planned
celebration and ultimately a personal and meaningful guest experience.
Based on our preliminary conversations and our site tour I have put together a sneak
peak into the design of your wedding. This is meant to be a jumping off point for
discussion and nothing is set in stone. The pictures are meant to capture the general
look and feel that we will create and are meant for inspiration. We want the day to be
as unique and special as the two of you, the best version of the both of you and for
your guest to exclaim “This is so Amanda & Patrick”.

Ceremony The ceremony will be held at the
beautiful La Terrazzo. The woods and
greenery create a natural amphitheater
for the exchanging of your vows. The
ivory and soft green florals will be
loosely arranged in garden style pottery
and containers to compliment the
surroundings. As guest arrive there will
be water with lemon waiting for them
before they are ushered to their seating.
The seating will be a mix of cane and
linen chairs, X-back chairs, and linen
benches creating an elegant
juxtaposition to the setting. A
beautifully draped structure will create
the entrance to the ceremony area. Lush
florals and greens will cascade from
either side of the entrance. This will also
create a dramatic entry and backdrop for
the brides entrance.
The Cocktail Hour The cocktail hour will be held by the
fountain on the upper level. The
cocktail should be a relaxed fun
environment for guests to see old
friends and greet new ones. It is a time
for the guest to talk about how beautiful
your ceremony was as they sip on your
signature cocktail and have a bite to eat.
The color palette will be soft
buttercream linens with small floral
arrangements. Comfy seating areas will
be create vignettes for the guest to sit.
An extra special area will be designated
for the grandparents. Fun elements can
be added such as the personalized
cocktail napkins with fun facts about the
couple. Something different and very
unique is having a silhouette artist create
images for the guest. They keep one set
for a keepsake and the other creates
your guestbook.
Reception The reception will be hold on The Teatro.
Bistro lights and uplighting on the trees
will create a magical canopy for the
dinner, dancing , tears and laughter of
the evening. The tables will be wooden
King’s tables with the Cane and Linen
and X-back chairs from the ceremony.
The floral decor will be a combination of
white florals with soft greens, natural
topiaries, candles, antique trays and of
course the beautiful books. A book mark
with the guest name will be tied on each
napkin and have a floral element. The
Sweetheart table will feature lush white
florals and a tufted love seat for the
couple.
