Automation of Three Priority Processes- Import Permit (IP),
Export Permit (EP) and Sub-Contracting Permit (SCP) at
BEPZA
Scope of work In this automated workflow system, All the Enterprises operating inside the EPZs need to
obtain an Export Permit (EP), import permit (IP), Subcontract permit (SCP) the
respective EPZ Commercial Operation Department prior to any shipment. Enterprises
have to complete their bank formalities as part of their required supporting documents.
They have to submit an application with required supporting documentation and only
after obtaining approval may shift materials from the EPZ. The On-Line Approval of
Export Permit (EP), Import Permit (IP) and Sub-Contracting Process (SCP) of EPZ are a
web based application. The system starts as soon as it is logged from Enterprise end
and by filling up the application forms and attaching the required documents and
submitting to EPZ authority for approval. There is a work flow management system for
the approval of the submitted EP, IP and SCP at EPZ end. The system has searching,
MIS Reporting and data migration options. As a part of the system the piloted enterprises
already are equipped with PC, Scanner and Internet Connection.

Management Information System was initiated to digitalize the financial accountability and transparency of Union Parishad. Financial accountability will also include monitoring the entire financial activity of the Union Parishad through receivable & payables from different sources like; ministries, agencies, projects, tax, administrative, development project, program and salaries etc. The provision here is to develop a simple, basic and user friendly Management Information System, which can be easily adopted by the UPGP Scope of work
The overall objective of the project is to ensure efficient accountability and transparency of Union Parishad, and to monitor their daily account activities like income, Expense, Tax Assessment, asset management etc.
The Key Objective of this project is: To increase efficiency and accuracy in accountability of Union Parishad. To ensure time consumption reduction in accounting activity. To provide access to all financial reports in just few clicks and reduce data
