Se analizó el contenido de la abeta soluble
usando homogenización DOUNCE y ultra
centrifugación en BRAAK estadío V-VI y en el

DISCUSSION
Author Review Agreement orDisagreement
Hong, S.Et al.
¨Microdialysis showed the existence of low levels
of Abeta species¨.
¨Soluble fractions isolated using mild or strong
homenization approaches are nor representative
of the real Abeta content in the instersticial fluids,
and that only microdialysis, using large cutoff
membranes, may better represent the actualAbeta equilibrium in the IFS (intersticial fluid)¨.

CONCLUSIONS
This study showed the principal objective that was to find out
how the different intensivities on the homeginazation will
permite a disruption in the amyloid plaques.
This discoveries are a new base for other investigators to
find new protocols to isolated the extracelualar soluble
fraction.
CONCLUSIONES
The Abeta peptide 42 increase the concentration at the same
time as the desease progression. It is important to know this,
because in future, investigations will be lead by this discovery
and will be more precise on finding the cure or the treatment
of alzheimer desease.
The difference between this study and the others might be
the brain regions that were used. It is important because all
regions are different and the acumalation of the plaques
are too.
