Junior & Master Blasters (formally Milo Cricket & T20 Blast)

Junior Blasters Program is

the starting point for boys

and girls aged between 6-7.

Master Blasters is perfect

for those aged between

7-8.

2. Skill Development

Our junior program focuses on

coaching the kids to build and

develop their skills while also

emphasising the importance

of playing and competing as a

team.

Our junior teams play in the

ECA competition.

3. Playing & Competing

Youth Development Squad

Under 15 & 17 Turf Teams

Our Youth Development Squad is designed for high potential cricketers who are looking for specialist coaching and a chance to play cricket on turf wickets.

The program is supported by a head coach, assistant coaches and guest specialist coaches.

These teams play on Sunday morning in the ISEC competition.

4. Representative Cricket

VSDCA Craig Shield Team

Under 15 Turf Rep. Team

Each year, the Victorian Sub-District Cricket Association (VSDCA) run the J.G. Craig Shield competition for Under 15 cricketers.

Its recognised as the premier U15 cricket competition in Victoria. The Craig Shield is played in January each year on the turf wickets of the 28 VSDCA clubs.

The Balwyn Cricket Club have 4 senior teams entered in to the VSDCA Competition.

All senior teams play on turf. Home games and training is at Gordon Barnard Reserve which is recognised as one of the best facilities in the inner east of Mel-bourne and in the VSDCA.

try out with these clubs.
