Always be Beneficial Positive Cash Flow Before 20 years, I didn’t own any property and used to pay a good amount as rent. I always thought that it was a good way to get positive cash flow for the investment we had already done and it would always be beneficial for us. Now, after a struggle of ten years, I own two properties, one in which I stay and the other one I had bought recently with the help of two personnel, Paul and Karen. I was in search of a house; where I could invest and would never have to suffer and I felt buying property is the best option. Thus, I contacted these two people and they found it for me. Investing in property and the property lying idle would incur loss as it requires much maintenance, but if it is given on rent, then it is beneficial as property is handled well. Paul and Karen were very supportive and understanding people and helped me a lot in finding the renter. While discussing with them, I never felt that I was talking to a stranger.
