Packing: Packing charges will be extra at actual. Taxes:  Central Sales Tax will be charged @ 5%.In case you provide “C”Form

before delivery of the machine it will be charged @2%.

Central Excise: Excise duty extra as applicable. Payment:  50 % Down payment by RTGS with your written order confirmation. The

receipt of this amount determines the entering into force of the contract. Balance after trial at our works but before dispatch.

SUPPLY CONDITIONS

Test: The equipments and the moulds will be tested in our premises with your foil.. You will send the foil sufficient for test at least 30 days before delivery date agreed. The samples must be delivered in our firm without any adding costs for us. The accepting final test in our premises will be made at the presence of your engineer. 

Warranty: The production line and the moulds are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the

date of dispatch.   Parts, whose wear or break down is caused by negligence, uncorrected use or by worker

inexperience will not be replaced free of charge. Guarantee expires when the customer, without our specific authorization, proceeds to

change or repair some parts. The guarantee does not cover any indemnity or compensation for transports or downtimes

of the machine. Guarantee is limited to the replacement of faulty parts, after blemish verification. The intervention of our technician will be made always as soon as possible; the customer

will pay the costs of journey including Hotel with other misc expenses. 

Insurance:   The insurance for all the damages may occur during all the transport will be realized by the

client.

All drawings, illustrations, dimensions, specifications, measurement, submitted to the customer are unless otherwise indicated approximations only. Performances figures are estimated assumed conditions in a plant with experience and adequate operators and adequate services. We reserve the right to make such alterations in all performance and other data from time to time as may be deemed necessary by us for improvement in the design of the machine.

Order Cancellation:

In Case the order is cancelled by you due to any reasons or in case you fail to take delivery when the machine is ready, the advance amount paid by you will be forfeited.
