President's MessagePresident's Message

Significant efforts are being put in by casting manufacturers all over the world, particularly in the Automobile sector, to find new ways to reduce and halt environmental degradation. Innovative part design, new technologies and adaptations of material sciences to develop superior alloys and composite materials are all contributing to the cause. In fact, the key to the future of die casting will be the ability of the die caster to quickly absorb the newly developed techniques and manufacture castings cost effectively.

At ALUCAST 2015, the Aluminum Casters' Association of India once again provides an opportunity for the die casting fraternity to familiarize themselves with some of the break-through methods, systems, processes and materials developed and being put into practice. Eminent authors will present Papers on various topics, followed by Product Presentations. About 30 Exhibitors are expected to display Catalogues and published literature of a number of products used in die casting. The Event will conclude on a high note with a Panel Discussion anchored by Mr. Vishwas Kale.

Alucast also continues to promote development of knowledge of die casting Technology by conducting training programs at the recently constructed Training Hall with modern facilities at Baner Road, Pune. The Training Calendar, under implementation, covers varied topics, such as Engineering of die casting dies in sync with die casting process, OEM demands on Die Casting Industry, Maintenance of die casting dies, Metallurgy & Melting Practices, Defects and Remedies for Die Cast Parts, Advanced Problem Solving Tools, Maintenance of Die Casting Machines, Plant & Equipment and many more. The faculty, consisting of highly placed die casting professionals, uses innovative approaches to effectively transfer knowledge to the delegates.

thCatalogue Show Timings : 10.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs on 11 December 2015.

Allotment of tables on first come first served basis. A Table will be booked on receipt of 50% advance.th Balance 50 % to be paid latest by 5 November 2015. A Table will be confirmed and allotted on receipt of 100%

payment. The organizing committee reserves all rights in allotment of tables.

thFor Early Bird : 100% Payment to be made on or before 15 October 2015.

Cancellation Policy :stIf any Exhibitor withdraws or cancels participation by 1 November 2015 (including Early Bird), 50% of the total

participation charges will be forfeited and the balance 50% will be refunded to the Exhibitor.thIf any Exhibitor withdraws or cancels participation after 15 of November 2015, 100% of the amount will be forfeited.

Facilities Provided :

Each Exhibitor is eligible for Two free Delegate Registrations entitling the delegates to free entry into

Conference Hall with Tea/Coffee, Lunch and Networking Dinner.

Each table of size 6' x 2'6” (LxB) to be provided with 2 chairs, 1 plug point, 1 dustbin and Fascia.

Power supply to all stalls will be limited to 220V, Single phase, 5A max.

The short name of the Company will be displayed on the Fascia.

Compressed air is not permitted. No inflammable materials like Oils and Chemicals are permitted.

The Exhibits are to be carried manually.

As this is an indoor Catalogue Show with limited table space, all displays should be light weight and handy.

No noise will be permitted. Drilling , Welding and Nailing into walls of the Hotel/Stalls is not permitted.

Audio Visuals may be played in low volume.

Tables and Exhibits will be removed by 17.15 hrs, to be shifted to a safe storage space by hotel staff on the first day. thThese shall be moved back into their respective places by the hotel staff on 12 morning by 8.45hrs.

The Exhibitors representatives are requested to co-operate and be present during these movements.

(Valuable items like Laptops or any instruments for display will have to be carried away by the exhibitors.)
