Susie QOne day, Suzie Q didn’t have any money to go to the school store and buy a treat. Her teacher asked her, “Suzie, why don’t you have any money today? You usually do?” Suzie replied, “someone stole it from me.”

It seemed to Ms. Smith that Suzie was being teased on the bus, so something needed to be done. She asked Suzie, “Who else rides the bus with you? We need to take care of this issue.”

Later that day, Ms. Smith talked with Suzie and the other kids who might have been teasing Suzie. She told them, “It is not nice to tease others, it can hurt their feelings.” She continued by saying, “You should always treat others as you would want to be treated.”

Finally one day, Suzie came into school full of happiness and joy shouting, “No one teases me anymore!” She said, “If it wasn’t for your help Ms. Smith, I think I would still get teased. Thank You.”
