Game Stands Tall” and “Big Hero 6”. If you have these movies or would like to

purchase them for Movie Night or donate the money for purchase, please contact

Pastor or Eunice, or let the office know by September 4.

Before we all split off to our favorite

church service time, let’s join together for a potluck cookout!

Bring your favorite side dishes to go with the HLC BBQ Team’s

hamburgers, chicken and bratwurst.

There will also be an opportunity to help a member of our congregation with medical costs associated with some upcoming tests. We will be

taking a free will offering.

Volunteer helpers, cooking, serving and cleaning up are always needed and welcome. If you would like to help, sign-up sheets for side dishes

Following the 10:30 am service

A special congregational meeting

has been called by our Council

President, Bruce Benson in order

to discuss the ongoing future of

Hope Lutheran Church, especially

in regards to our financial

situation. The primary purpose of

the meeting will be to present

information and current status

and to ask for participants to

begin to think about proposals

that will address the situation in a

manner that will allow Hope

Lutheran not just to survive, but to

thrive and grow.
