Fermentation at 18 degrees for about 20 days, decanting and elevation on the yeast for 3 months.

Straw yellow in color with delicate greenish hues, ripe fruit, a clean mineral nose with peppered citrus and pear. Green apple, lime, refreshing acidity and richness mark the personality of this wine. Excellent intensity gives it additional dimension and personality.

Dark, lush, inky deep red in color with warm ripe fruits of blackberry, dark fruits, blueberry, spice and earth. This complex elegant red is rich and full-bodied with a long, generous finish.

Sicilia Indicazione Geografica Tipica Grillo 100% Grillo is a refreshing companion to summer appetizers, salads, grilled seafood, shellfish, sushi & sashimi.Harvesting in boxes, destemming, cooling the grapes to 8 degrees Celsius, soft pressing, cold clarification of the must, decanting and start the fermentation. Fermentation at 18 degrees for about 20 days, decanting and elevation on the yeast for 3 months.

A fully aromatic white with lush notes of apricot, stone fruits, crisp lemons, incense and Mediterranean herbs. Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita Prosecco 100% Seafood, shellfish, light pastas, salads, vegetables and appetizers. Harvesting in boxes, destemming, cooling the grapes to 8 degrees Celsius, soft pressing, cold clarification of the must, decanting and start the fermentation. Fermentation at 18 degrees for about 20 days, decanting and elevation on the yeast for 3 months. Second fermentation in autoclave with long Charmat metod, with temperature control at 12°C for 60 days.

Quite distinctive. Subtle steely, almost salty minerality. A little touch of yeast, with sherbet lemon, apple and white peach. A touch of herbs and vegetal aromatics. The palate has good fruit with a nice brightness and freshness. This has sweetness and is a real crowd-pleaser, and also very good quality. A fine, delicate and persisting perlage gives to the wine a beautiful refreshing elegance.
