When available, we prefer to review the source files, not the finished product(e.g. a PDF file or a printed version).

Print: For print, this generally means FrameMaker, QuarkXPress, PageMaker, InDesign or Word files. Web: For websites, we prefer to have the client provide a complete copy of the site on CD or via FTP. Software and Helpfiles: For these projects we need access to all source files.

The work is quantifiedWork is quantified in hours and words, with the rates being determined by:language, subject matter, volume, and turnaround time.

Issues identifiedAny project management or linguistic issues are discussed upfront.
