.1.2mm thick Galvanized lron sheets with 25mm flange and 125mmdepth as standard.: 1.2mm thick double skinned Aluminium profile.: Glass filled nylon bearings / Brass bearings as optional.

Rigid glass filled nylon gears with nylon spindles.Folded Flanges.

Description :Damper frame is constructed by galvanized iron sheet and welded joints are protected byprotective spray paints. Square and rectangular shapes are supplied according to therequirements of HVAC ducting system Opposed or parallel blade operation is accomplished byexternally fixed geared linkages thus giving maximum free area. Stamped galvanized sheetquadrant is fixed to a extended spindle to operate the damper. Embedded marking helps to viewthe blade position including open and close positions.

Flanges :Formed flanges with 25mm face width and 12mm internal fold is standard.Volume Control Dampers with other flange width can be supplied optional.
