Helmet Size Measurement ‘B’

Medium (M) 142 - 160 180 - 200

Large (L) 160 - 175 200 - 218

The wearer should always be put into the largest size of helmet. If any of the measurements

enter the range for the next largest helmet then that is the size that should be selected.

For example: (B = 158mm, C = 195mm) = Medium (M)

(B = 153mm, C = 208mm) = Large (L)

Please note Alpha 200, 300 & 800 and Alpha Eagle have their own Head Measuring Instructions.

This form only applies to 400 Series helmets.

Helmet Size B C

1. For Measurement ‘B’ & ‘C’ a Head

Measuring Calliper will be required.

These are available from Helmet

Integrated Systems Ltd on request.

2. For Measurements ‘B’ & ‘C’ ensure the

callipers are pressed against the skull.

Slide the callipers back and forth to

locate the maximum measurement.
