Warranty

All product under this Supply Arrangement is covered by Allseating standard warranty terms and conditions for a period of 10 years from date of purchase, with the exception of all user adjusted components which will be covered for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. Labour to repair or replace defective components deemed to be under warranty will be covered at Allseating’s expense.

Please indicate the work order number and model code off of the sticker on the underside of your chair seat along with a description of warranty work to be performed. Where possible please provide photographs of damaged or malfunctioning components.
