Claimant's recorded interest is in the real property situated in Oakland County, Michigan, and described as follows: NORTH 16 FEET OF LOT 398 AND SOUTH 44 FEET OF LOT 399, WOODLANDS PARK SUBEDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN LIBER PAGE 37, PAGE 40 OF PLATS, OAKLAND COUNTY RECORDS, commonly known as 27685 Sutherland Land Identification Number: 76-24-13-402-01 I, Melkiyah El, assert under penalty of perjury that this notice is not recorded for the purpose of slandering title to real property and I am informed and believe that the information contained in this notice is true.
