west of a line extending south from the center line of the Taylor Creek Lock Canal; the C38 Canal extending northwest from the SR 78 bridge approximately eight miles to the S65E structure; and the C41A canal beginning adjacent to the S65E structure west approximately one mile to the S84 structure; excluding that portion of the rim canal known as Eagle Bay, between the lock 7 Bridge at the intersection of US Hwy. 441 and SR 78 to the Hoover Dyke Road.
