certain things like:

Runny nose

Itchy eyes and ears

Sore throat

A red, bumpy, itchy skin rash

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES Some people go to a allergist and get a skin test

They take a little bit of a suspected allergen and then places it on a patch of your skin

If you are allergic to the substance the patch of skin will turn red

The difference between a cold and an allergy can be difficult

When you have allergies your nose and eyes itch
