ONE TOUCH DIAL

Poly One Touch Dial (OTD) makes joining a conference

easy. It’s deployed on a Windows server and enables video

conferencing devices to click-to-join conferences through

calendar invitations sent to Microsoft Exchange, Office 365,

or Google Workspace Gmail mailboxes. Poly OTD utilizes

match rules to identify video conferencing invites to the

popular video conferencing scheduling solutions. The app

automatically returns the calendar entries to the video

conferencing devices, along with the necessary data to enable

click-to-join for matched invitations.

EASY SCHEDULE

Poly Easy Schedule makes it easy to create calendar

appointments and join meetings within Poly Virtual Meeting

Rooms (VMRs) in Poly’s RealPresence solution environments.

This little Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar add-on

makes the scheduling of meetings so much simpler that it

drives up adoption of video conferencing and collaboration.

When a meeting has been successfully created, it saves the

meeting details and sends a notification to the invited parties.

All participants can join the conference using their audio

or video endpoints and devices with the meeting invitation

details and click-to-join links.

the day’s scheduled video conferences. Use its convenient

filtering tool that enables any user to easily locate a given

meeting by searching for invited attendees, rooms, subject or

the Poly RealPresence Distributed Media Application (DMA)

conference ID. Poly Meeting Director reduces disruption in

calls and delivers a seamless overall meeting experience for

everyone.
