STATIM 2000 and the STATIM 5000take just 6 and 9 minutes respectively for a complete sterilization cycle.STATIM 900, designed specifically for the rapid sterilization ofinstruments intended for immediate use, offers a 6 minute or 8 minutesterilization cycle. Light thin-walled cassettes provide rapid heating andcooling, further minimizing overall processing times.

Effective every time.STATIM’s biological and physical effectiveness has been proven in tests forhollow and solid instruments at many internationally recognized institutesincluding: University Hospital in London, Canada; Brooks Air Force Base, UnitedStates; University of Liverpool, England, Institute Pasteur, France; and Universityof Kiel, Germany.STATIM Cassette Autoclaves are designed to abort the cycle if any fault occurs.

Gentle on instruments.STATIM prolongs the life of expensive and delicate instrumentswith gentle sterilization. STATIM’s steam injector systemprovides temperature consistency and expels the air whichcauses oxidation in conventional autoclaves. Rapid heating andcooling dramatically cuts instrument exposure to heat. Also abuilt-in pump flushes the chamber with filtered dry air furtherreducing humidity. Independent tests show that instrumentssterilized in STATIM autoclaves still easily meet manufacturersspecifications after 600 cycles.

Easy to use and maintain.Key pad operation and helpful display prompts make STATIM userfriendly. It is self-diagnosing…if a problem occurs, it will be indicated onthe electronic display.

Effec

How STATIM works.When start is pressed, the steam generator heats to the optimum temperature and distilled water is pumped in and converted tosteam. Then a wall of steam is injected into the pressure chamber and cassette, which is loaded with the contaminatedinstruments. Air is purged as the steam courses through the cassette and is continuously expelled into a condenser flask.Depending on the program selected, a small compressor switches on, drying andcooling the instruments rapidly. The STATIM system completely sterilizesinstruments within international standards. STATIM Cassette Autoclaves use cleandistilled water with every cycle, preventing the build up of rust and othercontaminants.
