Surabaya is the capital city of East Java. The city is known as Kota Pahlawan
"city of heroes" due to the importance of the Battle of Surabaya in

Klenteng Sanggar Agung (also named Hong San Tan temple):
Located in Kenjeran Beach, the temple is worship place for Buddhist,
Tao and Kong Hu Cu followers. The design of the temple is unique
and sophisticated. The back side is outstandingly amazing with the
great goddess of Kwan Im Pouw Sat statue and four statues for the
guardians. There are also two dragons statue over the goddess and
the guardians that look strong and firm in 6 meters long. The Kwan
Im statue is 20 meters high, and it is nice looking over the beauty of
the masterpiece.
Four Faced Buddha Monument: The monument is 36 meters
(including dome) high and it gets appreciation from MURI
(Indonesian World Records Museum) as the biggest and tallest Four
Faces Deity Statue in Indonesia. The statue symbolized four
philosophy kindness owned by Buddha, those are patience, liberal,
fair (unbiased), and meditated.
Monumen Kapal Selam: It was Indonesian Navy’s submarine which
was named KRI Pasopati, it has been involved in several important
navy mission. After resigning from Indonesian Navy, it now serves
as a memorial of the brave fighters of Indonesia, and as a museum
to conserve or Indonesia’s Maritime and history.

women workers hand-rolling "kretek" at incredible speed.

starting in 1293, exerting political, economic, and cultural influence over
most of Indonesia at its peak. The kingdom had its capital at Trowulan, a

Trowulan Archeological Museum: The museum officially opened
in 1987, it was built for the purpose of displaying and preserving
the historical treasures discovered in the vicinity of the old

Pendopo Agung Trowulan: It is an open air pavilion believed to be
the main building of Majapahit palace. You can walk on the ancient
ruins include the gateway of Bajang Ratu Temple, famous for its

View of Mount Penanggungan in Tretes: It spans the regional
boundaries of Pasuruan and Mojokerto. Despite that it rises just
1,650 meters above sea level, the mountain is unique with its
perfectly rounded summit in central, below which lie four minor
peaks. It is mystery with its small, terraced sanctuaries built against
the natural contours of the mountainside.
Putuk Truno Waterfall: The waterfall is located in the slopes of

Suramadu Bridge: The Suramadu Bridge is 5438 meter long, the
longest bridge in Indonesia. The bridge connects the city of
Surabaya with the island of Madura.
Karapan sapi: It is a traditional bull race event from Madura Island
in east Java. Kerapan derives from kerap or kirap that means depart,
or released together or droves. But other version is that it derives
from Arabic kirabah that means friendship, and sapi means bull.The
race event started by parade of the couple of Bulls that participate
on the race. Bulls are dress in ornamented decoration that makes
them look pretty. Madurese traditional music, Seronen, will make
the parade more rousing.
The characteristics of racing bull are: chest shape is narrowed from
upper to lower, having long back, tight nails, long tail and big
strong body. Their daily meals are herbs, honey and eggs. When

9. Please pay attention to hygiene conditions when going outside. Please do not drink nor dine in dirty environments.
10. Shore excursion is operated by the independent local tour operator and ticket is sold by Dream Cruises as an agent
for and on behalf of such tour operators. Dream Cruises (including its officers, employees and affiliates) will not be
responsible for the act, negligence, default or omission of such tour operators and/or any losses or damages suffered
by the passenger in relation to their shore excursion.
11. Tour operator shall have the right to change the itineraries (including, without limitation, place of visit, transportation,
accommodation and meal arrangements) due to operational need, weather conditions and/or safety, comfort or
enjoyment of the passengers. Neither Dream Cruises nor the tour operator shall be liable for loss, delay,
inconvenience, disappointment or expenses whatsoever incurred or suffered by the passenger in such circumstances.
12. Dream Cruises (including its officers, employees and affiliates) and tour operator shall not be liable for any loss,
damages, claims, costs and expenses incurred and/or suffered by the passenger in relation to any force majeure
events including, without limitation, war or threat of war, r iot, disaster, acts of Gods (which includes but not limited to
adverse weather condition, storm, tsunami, earthquake and/or typhoon), terrorist activity, fire, technical problem with
transport, closure of port, strikes or other industrial action, act or decision of any government authority and any other
events beyond the control of Dream Cruises and the tour operator.
13. Tour operators reserve the right to refuse the passenger to join shore excursions or cancel shore excursions for the
following several reasons: late passengers; safety reasons; immigration and custom clearance; and conditions beyond
the control of the tour operator.
14. Information on this promotional leaflet is correct at the time of print. Dream Cruises reserves the final right to amend
and change any applicable terms and conditions on this promotional leaflet without prior notice. In case of any
disputes, the decision of Dream Cruises shall be final.
15. Dream Cruises will not be held responsible for any activity/transportation in ports of call other than that which is
arranged through the tour desk onboard the vessels of Dream Cruises. Any activity/transportation inside or outside
the port area is not within the control of Dream Cruises.
16. Itineraries and tour prices are subject to change without prior notice. Kindly refer to the final tour information
onboard.
17. For passengers in wheelchairs, there will be crew members to guide and steady them as they embark for shore
excursions, but the crew members cannot support, carry or lift guests on board the tender for safety reasons.
Passengers in wheelchairs please wear appropriate, flat, and securely attached footwear, when embarking and
disembarking the tender. If passenger uses a wheelchair or mobility scooter, please note that passenger or
passenger’s travelling companion is responsible for assembling and disassembling the wheelchair/mobility scooter.
