TRANSCRIPT
All the power of the LabSpec instrument in a benchtop analyzer For fixed-location laboratory analysis, the LabSpec® 4 Bench model offers a space- and cost-efficient alternative to ASD’s portable LabSpec 4 Standard-Res laboratory instrument. The Bench model offers the same level of performance as the LabSpec 4 Standard-Res model, including the same cutting-edge NIR spectroscopy, the same 10 nm resolution, and the same performance enhancements that greatly improve measurement speed and quality. The LabSpec 4 Bench simply needs a stationary home with AC power.
• Double the signal-to-noise performance in the SWIR region translates to faster measurement with no compromise in quality.
• Non-destructive measurement means minimal sample prep and allows for the reuse of the sample in other research efforts.
• High-throughput material measurement permits processing of hundreds of samples per day.
• Models are transferable between the LabSpec 4 Bench and LabSpec 4 Standard-Res instruments.
• Works with all ASD sampling accessories.

An updated spectrometer configuration helps the LabSpec 4 Bench work better, faster. You can now capture the same quality of measurements in a quarter of the time required by previous LabSpec models. The improved signal-to-noise characteristics offer a particular benefit to high-volume production environments that require better results while still maintaining a high analytic throughput.
The LabSpec 4 Bench is suitable for measurement of materials with broad spectral features, such as food and feed products, forestry products, and raw materials identification.
