L’installation et la mise à jour des méthodologies fournies par téléchargement s’effectuent au

moyen du logiciel Test Setup Updater (TSU dans la suite du document), version STB v0.01.01au minimum. Celui-ci est téléchargeable sous forme de fichier .zip. Son contenu devra être copié

sur un support, clé USB ou disquette, en vue de l’installation sur l’instrument. La clé USB sera

alors connectée au boîtier IMP. Voir le schéma ci-dessous.

Pré-requis

- Instrument version 108.05/208.05 a minima

- PC avec logiciel de compression de données, type Winzip, accès à un site Web Stago et port

USB ou lecteur de disquette

- Se procurer les dernières Procédures Opératoires Standardisées (uniquement pour les

méthodologies Stago)

- S’assurer qu’aucun test, contrôle ou calibration n’est en cours, sinon attendre que ces

opérations soient terminées.

- Décharger les tubes et flacons présents dans les tiroirs échantillons et produits.

- Se munir du code d’accès permettant de modifier les méthodologies

(voir le Manuel de référence, chapitre "Ecrans ETATS et OPTIONS GLOBALES", paragraphe

"Premier écran OPTIONS GLOBALES", sous-paragraphe "Description du premier écran

OPTIONS GLOBALES").

- Certaines opérations impliquent le remplacement des données de méthodologies existantes.

Veiller à toujours effectuer une sauvegarde avant d’effectuer cette procédure. (Voir le Manuel

de référence, chapitre "Maintenance", paragraphe "Utilitaire de maintenance", sous-paragraphe

"Sauvegarde".)

- Imprimer les méthodologies du client (voir paragrahe 6.Impression des méthodologies du

client)

- Imprimer les calibrations et les contrôles qualité pour toutes les méthodologies qui seront mises

à jour. Les calibrations et les contrôles qualité de ces méthodologies seront perdus.

Outils nécessaires

- Clé USB avec boîtier IMP ou disquettes vierges avec lecteur de disquette

1. Préparation du support

Récupérer l’archive au format .zip contenant la dernière version du logiciel TSU.

Si le support choisi est une clé USB, supprimer de cette clé tout fichier qui proviendrait d’une

version précédente.

Décompresser l’archive en local et copier son contenu (dossier STAGO R, et fichiers

BASEMS.LZH, BASEMUP.LZH, CheckSum.log, EXEBATCH.LZH et install.bat) à la racine

(pas dans un dossier) du support choisi : clé USB ou disquette.

2. Installation du logiciel TSU

Avant d’installer ou de mettre à jour des configurations de test, effectuer une

sauvegarde des méthodologies et des paramètres système.

La navigation dans le logiciel TSU s’effectue au moyen du clavier de l’instrument.

La langue d’exploitation du logiciel TSU est l’anglais.

Accéder au menu Options globales.

Dans la deuxième page, sous Divers/Support de stockage, configurer le support selon le

type choisi (FLP pour une disquette ou USB pour la clé USB).

Insérer le support.

Accéder au menu Maintenance utilisateur .

Lancer la fonctionnalité Mise à jour des données.

Confirmer l’insertion du support en appuyant sur la touche F10.

Le logiciel TSU s’installe et démarre.

Le menu du logiciel TSU s’affiche et propose différentes commandes :

3. Utilisation du logiciel TSU

3.1. Mise à jour de la base des méthodologies

Dans le menu du logiciel TSU, taper 1.

La fenêtre suivante s’affiche :

Cette fenêtre indique que la mise à jour de la base des méthodologies entraînera la suppression

des dossiers patients, la suppression des produits à bord et la mise à jour de la base des

produits.

Taper y pour continuer (taper n ramène au menu du logiciel TSU).

Les opérations annoncées s’effectuent et les produits ajoutés ou mis à jour s’affichent.

Le menu Test Setup Update s’affiche ensuite :

Sélectionner les méthodologies à ajouter/mettre à jour avec la touche Entrée.

Appuyer sur la touche F10 pour lancer l’ajout/la mise à jour.

La liste des méthodologies concernées défile.

Un message confirme que la procédure de mise à jour de la base client est terminée : "Test

Setup installation done. Press any key to continue".

Appuyer sur une touche pour revenir au menu principal.

REMARQUE : les méthodologies "Obsolete" et "Up to Date" ne peuvent pas être sélectionnées.

Sélectionner le changement de conditionnement qui vous intéresse (repère 1)

conditionnement sélectionné (repère 2).

REMARQUE : Tous les produits visibles sous PRODUCTS (repère 2) sont installés. La sélection

dans cette zone sert uniquement à afficher sous INSTALLATION SETTINGS les options

relatives au produit (repère 3) et le produit de remplacement (repère 4).

Le message de confirmation suivant s’affiche :

Appuyer sur la touche Echap pour revenir à la fenêtre PRODUCT PACKAGING CHANGE et

effectuer le cas échéant d’autres changements de conditionnement.

Appuyer sur la touche Echap à partir de la fenêtre PRODUCT PACKAGING CHANGE

permet de revenir au menu Test Setup Update.

3.3. Suppression de méthodologies

S’assurer qu’aucun test, contrôle ou calibration n’est en cours, sinon attendre que

ces opérations soient terminées avant d’utiliser l’outil de suppression desconfigurations de tests.

Tests calculés et tests dépendants sont supprimés lorsque l’un des tests à partir

desquels ils ont été configurés est supprimé.

La base d’archives doit être effacée. Procéder comme suit :

Quitter TSU.

Sauvegarder les archives à l’aide du TDex.

Supprimer les archives.

Le code d’accès ou le code du jour seront nécessaires.


Le menu de configuration des tests s’affiche.

Placer le curseur sur le test à supprimer.

Appuyer sur Echap, puis sélectionner Supprimer test.

Valider à l’aide de la touche Entrée.

Taper OUI pour confirmer.


Taper le code d’accès. Il peut s’agir, au choix, du mot de passe du menu Configuration de

tests ou du code du jour.


Le test est supprimé.

Appuyer sur Echap, puis sur Entrée pour revenir à l’application TSU.

3.4. Réinitialisation de la base


Un écran s’affiche, qui informe l’utilisateur des données qui seront réinitialisées :

les méthodologies Stago et client, ainsi que l’historique de mise à jour,

la liste des produits Stago et client,

les calibrations,

les résultats de contrôles,

les dossiers patients.

REMARQUE : les paramètres système (fichiers de cartographie et autres paramètres utilisateur)

sont conservés.

Taper y pour confirmer le lancement de la réinitialisation de la base de données.

La réinitialisation se lance.

Lorsqu’elle est terminée, un message de confirmation s’affiche : "Database erased. Press any

key to continue".

Appuyer sur une touche pour revenir au menu principal.

3.5. Sortie

Dans le menu du logiciel TSU, taper 4, puis appuyer sur n’importe quelle touche pour revenir

au menu Maintenance de l’instrument.

4. Définition ou vérification des paramètres des méthodologies

A partir de l’écran Configuration des tests, exécuter les opérations suivantes :

Sélectionner la méthodologie voulue (touches , , , ), puis valider par la touche .

4.1. Pour une installation

Adapter la configuration par défaut aux besoins du client. Voir la procédure détaillée dans le

Manuel de référence.

Appuyer sur la touche Echap.

Sélectionner Sauvegarder et quitter (touches ou

), puis valider par la touche

.

Saisir le code d’accès (modifier les méthodologies), puis valider par la touche .


Sélectionner Quitter (touches ou ), puis valider par la touche .


Le logiciel revient sur l’écran Tableau de bord.

4.2. Pour une mise à jour

Vérifier que le produit s’affiche bien dans la méthodologie

Vérifier les paramètres de la méthodologie en utlisant les Procédures OpératoiresStandardisées et les impressions des méthodologies du client.

Modifier si nécessaire les paramètres selon les notices de contournement éventuellement

mentionnées dans le BTA.

Vérifier plus particulièrement les paramètres suivants :

- le changement de conditionnement du réactif (voir champ Flac ml page 1/3)

- les déterminations simple/double (pages 1/3 et 2/3)

- les réactifs utilisés par le client (page 1/3 et Lavage)

- les contrôles de calibration utilisés par le client(page 2/3)

- le rang en transmission (page 3/3)

- les contrôles de qualité utilisés par le client

(page 3/3)

- la période (fréquence de passage) des contrôles de qualité (page 3/3)


Sélectionner Sauvegarder et quitter (touches ou ), puis valider par la touche .

Saisir le code d’accès de Configuration des tests (propre à chaque laboratoire), puis valider

par la touche .

Le logiciel revient à l’écran Configuration des tests.

5. Calibration des tests qui le nécessitent (après une mise à jour)

Calibrer les tests qui le nécessitent : voir le Manuel de référence, chapitre "Calibration",

paragraphe "Procédures de lancement et de validation d’une calibration".

EN CAS DE BESOIN

Si le numéro de lot d’un réactif, calibrant ou contrôle (appelé "produit" dans la procédure

ci-dessous) utilisé après la mise à jour est le même que celui utilisé avant la mise à jour,l’opérateur doit simuler un changement de lot en saisissant les 3 derniers numéros du lot.

A partir de l’écran Tableau de bord, exécuter les opérations suivantes :

Appuyer sur la touche Echap pour afficher la barre des menus.

Sélectionner Chargement (touches ou ), puis valider par la touche .

Sélectionner Produits (touches , ), puis valider par la touche .

Le tiroir s’ouvre automatiquement.

Saisir manuellement le code (champ Id), le nom, le volume et la stabilité du produit, ainsique les 3 derniers caractères du numéro de lot, en validant à chaque fois par la touche .

Placer le flacon de produit dans le tiroir.

Taper OUI, puis valider par la touche

.

Passer le papillon code à barres devant le lecteur code à barres, puis valider par la touche

.

Vérifier que le produit précédent (même numéro de lot) est bien annulé.

Installation and update of online test setups are performed through the use of the Test Setup

Updater software (TSU throughout this document), its minimum version being STB v0.01.01. This

software can be downloaded as a .zip file. Its contents will have be copied to a media - USB keyor floppy - so that it can then be installed on the analyzer. The USB key will be connected to the

IMP box. See diagram below.

Prerequisites

- Minimum analyzer version: 108.05/208.05

- PC with Winzip-type data compression software, access to a Diagnostica Stago website, and

equipped with a USB port or a floppy drive

- Get the latest Standardized Operating Procedures (only for Stago methodologies)

- Make sure neither tests, controls, nor calibrations are in progress. If necessary, wait until these

operations are complete.

- Unload all of the tubes and vials from the sample and product drawers.

- The access code allowing the modification of methodologies will be required (see the Reference

Manual, chapter "STATUS and GLOBAL OPTIONS Screens", paragraph "GLOBAL OPTIONS

Screen, page 1", subparagraph "Description of the GLOBAL OPTIONS Screen, page 1").

- Some operations will cause the existing methodology data to be erased. Ensure you always

make a backup copy before proceeding with the steps that are described in this document. Seethe Reference Manual (chapter "Maintenance", paragraph "Maintenance Utility", subparagraph

"Saving").

- Print the customer methodologies (see paragraph 6.Printing the customer methodologies)

- Print the calibrations and quality controls for the methodologies to be updated. Calibrations and

quality controls for these methodologies will be lost.

1. Preparing the media

Get the .zip archive that contains the latest version of the TSU software.

If the chosen media is a USB key, make sure you delete the files from a previous version, if

any.

Locally decompress the archive and copy its contents (folder STAGO R, and files

BASEMS.LZH, BASEMUP.LZH, CheckSum.log, EXEBATCH.LZH, install.bat) to the root (not

a folder) of the chosen media: USB key or floppy.

2. Installing the TSU software

Before installing or updating test setups, make a backup copy of the test setups, and

of the system parameters.

Navigation through the TSU software uses the analyzer keyboard.

English is the operating language of the TSU software.

Go to the Global Options menu.

On the second page, under Miscellaneous/Backup medium, set the appropriate media type

(FLP for a floppy or USB for the USB key).

Insert the media.

Access the User maintenance menu.

Start the Data update feature.

Confirm the media insertion by pressing F10.

The TSU software installs and starts.

The TSU software menu is displayed and offers several commands:

Select the packaging change you want (mark 1)

Press F10 to install the product(s) concerned by the selected packaging change (mark 2).

NOTE: All the products that are displayed under PRODUCTS (mark 2) are installed. Theselection in this area is only for displaying under INSTALLATION SETTINGS the parameters

related to the product (mark 3) and the replacement product (mark 4).

The following confirmation message is displayed:

Press the Esc key to return to the PRODUCT PACKAGING CHANGE window and if

necessary proceed with other packaging changes.

Pressing the Esc key from the PRODUCT PACKAGING CHANGE returns you to the TestSetup Update menu.

3.3. Deleting test setups

Make sure neither tests, controls, nor calibrations are in progress. If necessary, wait

until these operations are complete before using the test setup deletion tool.

Calculated and dependent tests will be deleted when one of the tests from which

they were setup is deleted.

The archive base has to be deleted. Do the following:

Exit TSU.

Make a backup copy of the archives using the TDex.

Delete the archives.

The access code is required.


The test Setup menu is displayed.

Position the cursor on the test to be deleted.

Press the Esc key, and then select Delete test.

Validate using the Enter key

Type YES to confirm.

Validate using the Enter key Type the access code. You can also choose to use the test Setup menu password.

Validate using the Enter key

The test is deleted.

Press the Esc key, and then the Enter key to return to the TSU software.

3.4. Resetting the base


A screen is displayed, which informs the user of the data that will be reset:

the Stago and customer test setups, as well as the update history,

the Stago and customer product list,

the calibrations,

the control results,

the patient files.

NOTE: the system parameters (mapping files and other user settings) remain unchanged.

Type y to confirm the database reset.

Reset starts.

When it is done, a confirmation message is displayed: "Database erased. Press any key to

continue".

Press any key to return to the main menu.

3.5. Exit

In the TSU software menu, type 4, and then press any key to return to the analyzer

Maintenance menu.

4. Setting or checking the parameters of the methodologies

From the Test panel screen, perform the following operations:

Select the wanted methodology ( ,, , keys), then confirm by pressing the key.

4.1. For an installation

Adjust the default methodology to the customer’s needs. See detailed procedure in the

Reference manual.

Press the Esc key.

Select Save before Quitting, (

or

keys), then confirm by pressing the

key.

Type the access code (modification of test setup), then confirm by pressing the key.

Press the Esc key.

Select Quit ( or keys), then confirm by pressing the key.

Press the Esc key.

The software returns to the Test panel screen.

4.2. For an update

Make sure the product is displayed in the methodology.

Check the parameters of the methodology with the help of the Standardized Operatingprocedures and the printouts of the customer's methodologies.

If necessary, modify the parameters of the methodologies as per the test setting value

instruction sheets referred to in the TAB, if any.

Check more particularly the following parameters:

- the reagent package update (see the Vial field, page 1/3)

- the single/duplicate determinations (pages 1/3 and 2/3)

- the reagents used by the customer (page 1/3 and Washing)

- the calibration controls used by the customer(page 2/3)

- the transmission rank (page 3/3)

- the quality control used by the customer

(page 3/3)

- the frequency of the quality controls (page 3/3)

Press the Esc key.

Select Save before Quitting, ( or keys), then confirm by pressing the key.

Type the access code for the Test Setup (adapted to each laboratory), then confirm by

pressing the key.

The software returns to the Test Setup screen.

5. Calibration of the concerned tests (after an update)

Calibrate the tests which require it: see the Reference Manual, chapter "Calibration",

paragraph "Procedures to run and validate a Calibration".

IF NEEDED

If the lot number of a reagent, calibrator or control ("product" in the steps described below)

used after the update is the same as the one used before the update, the operator mustsimulate a change of lot by typing the last 3 numbers of the lot.


Press the Esc key to show the menu bar.

Select Loading ( or keys), then confirm by pressing the key.

Select Products ( , , keys), then confirm by pressing the key.

The drawer opens automatically.

Type the code (Id field), name, volume and stability for the product, as well as the last 3

digits of the lot, confirming each entry by pressing the key.

Put the product vial in the drawer.

Type YES, then confirm by pressing the

key.

Pass the Assay value insert over the reader, then confirm by pressing the key.

Make sure the previous product (same lot number) is cancelled.

6. Printing the customer methodologies


Select the wanted methodology ( ,, , keys), then confirm by pressing the key.

Print page 1/3:

- Make sure On line is displayed on the printer (see the printer User Manual).

- Press the Alt and Print screen keys.

Page 1/3 is printed.

Eject the printed page with the Form feed function (see the printer User Manual).

Move the cursor to the Washing before or Washing after field, if the Special or Intensive

parameters are selected ( , ,, keys).

Press the Del key to display the Washing page.

Print the Washing page (see page 1/3).

Press the Esc key to display page 1/3.

Press the key to display page 2/3.

Print page 2/3 (see page 1/3).

Press the key to display page 3/3.

Print page 3/3 (see page 1/3).

Keep the methodology printouts with the other documents delivered during the installation of

the analyzer.

Press the Esc key.

Select Quit without saving, then confirm by pressing the key.
