faq’sWhat is the minimum number required for a booking? We do not have a required minimum number in order to make a booking however with bookings of less than eight, guests will be seated together on a shared table.

Where can I park? We have over 400 complimentary car parking spaces on site. Cars can be left overnight as long as Security are informed by guests on the evening. Should there be a match the next day cars must be collected by 9am.

Can we add people to our booking? Additional guests can be added onto your booking subject to availability.

How many guests can be seated on a table? We can seat up to 12 guests on one round table. Any numbers above this will be seated on several round tables which will be located next to each other.

Can you accommodate special dietary requirements? Yes, we will need informing of any special dietary requirements by Friday 3 November 2017.

Will there be a cloakroom facility available? Yes, we will have a cloakroom facility available each night with a charge of £1.00.

Will I receive tickets? No. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with all details included two weeks prior to your party date.

Can I do a table plan for my party? Yes you can and you can also provide place cards, however it is your responsibility to put these out.

With various rooms throughout King Power Stadium, hosting from 50 to 650 guests, you can take advantage of hiring one of

our exclusive suites for your Christmas party.Our Events Team will be happy to create a bespoke festive party night, taking care of everything from

the entertainment, decorations and drinks packages, to meeting our Head Chef to create your tailored menu from finger buffets to three-course meals. We will take the stress out of organising your party

night so you can unwind and enjoy your evening!

We recommend that due to high demand, private party nights should be booked early to avoid disappointment. Minimum numbers apply. Prices are subject to individual requirements.

After dinner put your dancing shoes on and dance the night away to the return of ... The House Band. After the huge success of The House Band last year they return to keep you entertained for the evening.

The House Band are a five-piece professional band based in the Midlands. With thousands of gigs between the members of the band they know how to make a room bounce with the best music mix of the last 70 years. Whether its soul, rock, pop, disco, brit pop or a ballad, The House Band have a song for you. Our resident DJ will also be backto keep you on the dance floor until the small hours.

MISS MUNDY

Deposits All bookings are subject to availability at time of booking, cannot be guaranteed and must be made with the Conference and Event office, Compass Group. A non-refundable/transferable deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm your booking.

A provisional booking will be secured for a maximum of 14 days from booking; if no deposit has been received your booking will automatically be released. Please note that by paying deposits you are agreeing and entering into our Terms & Conditions.

Deposits and full payments can be made by cheque, credit/debit cards or BACs payments; please contact the events team for our bank details. Only one cheque will be accepted per booking - multiple cheques will be returned to the organiser. There are no charges for credit/debit cards. Cheques are made payable to ‘Compass’.

Full Payments Full payment is required for your full party, including any pre-booked drinks packages, by Friday 3 November 2017. Only one payment per party, made by the party organiser, will be accepted. Non-payment by the due date will render our contract with you void and your event will be cancelled and deposits will be lost.

Full payment is required for bookings made after Friday 3 November 2017. Additional places are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come first-served basis.

Cancellations Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the party organiser and cannot be accepted by telephone. All deposits paid will be lost in the event of cancellation. In the event of customer cancellation after Friday 3 November 2017, when final balances are due, full payment for the party is required.

All party bookings are accepted with the most advance knowledge of match fixtures/LCFC Business. Neither Compass Contract Services (UK) Limited nor LCFC will be held responsible for cancellation of bookings due to late bookings or re-scheduled fixtures.

Refunds If the venue (Compass; King Power Stadium), should cancel an event, a full refund will be given from our Head Office in January 2018.

Menus All required pre-orders are due with the final balance by Friday 3 November 2017 and are to be submitted in writing to the Events Team by emailing christmas@lcfc.co.uk

Although dishes may not contain nuts as an ingredient, there is a possibility that they will contain nut traces. If you have a nut allergy or a specific dietary requirement we strongly advise you contact us or notify us in writing with your full pre-orders.

Bar & Wine Service/Drinks Packages A full cash bar and wine service will be provided at each event. Under no circumstances may guests bring their own beverages into the stadium.

All-Inclusive party nights include selected draught lager, bitter and cider, small house red or white wine (175ml), house spirits (vodka, whisky, gin, white rum and brandy - single measures only) with dash of soft drink and all draught soft drinks. One glass per person at any time.

Any premium draught or bottled beer, spirits and wines are not included in the all-inclusive package but will be available and chargeable on the evening.

Challenge 25 Although all events are only suitable for over 18’s, King Power Stadium operates a strict Challenge 25 Policy. Any guests who, in the opinion of the Management appear to be under the age of 25, will be required to show proof of age; photo driving licence, Passport or Pass Accredited Cards. Guests who cannot provide proof of age when requested will be refused alcohol service.

The Management King Power Stadium (Compass) reserves the right to refuse to serve and to remove from the event, any person whose condition, in the opinion of the Management Team, interferes or is likely to interfere with the enjoyment of the function for other participants.

Car Parking Free car parking is available and vehicles may be left overnight at the owner’s risk. On matchdays vehicles must be removed by 9am. Failure to remove your car may result in your car being impounded.

how to find us...Route 1 from the M1/M69Leave the M1 at Junction 21, at the roundabout take the exit onto the A5460 signposted Fosse Park Leicester. At the roundabout take the second exit onto the A5460 signposted Leicester City Centre, travel along the Road passing over a large cross roads with the Sturgess Jaguar on the left, follow the road for approximately two miles, after passing the petrol garage on the left move into the right hand lane then at the cross roads / traffic signals turn right onto Upperton Road. At the Liberty Statue roundabout stay in the right hand lane, take the fifth exit onto Eastern Boulevard, follow the road leading to Raw Dykes Road and King Power Stadium is located on the right.

Route 2 from the M1/M69Leave the M1 at Junction 21, then at the roundabout take the third exit onto the A4560 signposted Fosse Park Leicester. Branch left and follow the loop round staying in the left hand lane, at the roundabout take the exit ahead onto the A563 signposted ring road, Leicester South & East, passing the Everards Brewery on the left. Continue along Soar Valley Way, at the cross roads / traffic signals turn left onto the A426 signposted City Centre (Lutterworth Road leading to Aylestone Road), travel for approximately two miles passing the British Gas National Museum on the left, shortly after you will reach traffic signals turn left onto Raw Dykes Road, where the Stadium is located on the left hand side.
