THE TIME HAS COME! Next week, Grace School will have a visitation team comprised of five educators here for three days to determine whether or not we will be recommended for accreditation by the NLSA. This is not a mandatory process, but our staff has chosen to enter into this 2 1/2 year journey with the purpose of being the best we can be. The entire staff has worked very hard to reach this point. We’re being judged on 11 different standards based reports which were completed by a team of dedicated staff, parents and congregation members.

The purposes of NLSA are to: Help Lutheran schools to improve. Assure school quality by evaluating a school’s compliance with required NLSA standards and indicators of success. Help all Lutheran schools to evaluate themselves based on their unique purposes and on national standards. Give appropriate recognition to schools that successfully complete the process.

Please pray for us during this process. We will update you soon. Joyfully in His Service, Mrs. Sharon Laabs

Grace Summer Program

Easter Break Scrip Ordering

March 26: Order will be placed as usual April 2: NO order will be placed this week due to the Scrip Company being closed. April 9: NO order will be placed this week due to the school having Easter Break April 16: Orders will resume as usual

SUMMER Scrip Ordering: We’ll continue to order scrip over the summer break on the same schedule as we do now (submit orders on Mondays and receive on Thursdays) For the summer, the pick up will be at Extended Care in the fellowship hall of the school (or at the church office on Highway Q only if prior arrange-ments have been made).

I would like to encourage anyone who plans to order scrip in the summer and is not signed up for Presto Pay to consider sign-ing up for it now. Presto Pay withdraws the money directly from

your checking account and costs $0.15 per order. It is very convenient and safe. Signing up for Presto Pay means that you won't have to make a separate trip into Grace to give us the check for your order. To sign up for Presto Pay just login to your account at: http://www.shopwithscrip.com and click on the link for Presto Pay in the upper left corner of the screen and follow the sign-up instructions. If you need help or don't already have an online account, just let me know and I can help you get set up. ~ Karen Huettner
