Al-Aqsa University is a Palestinian university established in 1991 in Gaza,

Palestine. It is striving to be distinguished among Palestinian and regional universities

in all fields of academic studies, scientific research and community service based on

Al-Aqsa University is a public institution of higher education aiming at honing

Centers:Space Science and Astronomy Research Center

The center was established in 2010, it is a specialized

research center aimed at spreading the culture of

astronomy in the Palestinian community.

Studies and Public Opinion Measurement Center

The center was established in 2017 due to the university

beliefs of the importance of public opinion polls on various

issues and their role in the sustainability process by

monitoring and measuring the Palestinian public opinion

towards all political, economic and social issues in the

Palestinian community.

The Geospatial Data Center for Education, Research and

Development (GDC-ERD)

Since the Geographic Information Systems and Remote

Sensing is an important source of digital geospatial data at

in the Gaza Strip, and a strong resource of the Palestinian

National Geospatial Data Infrastructure; Al-Aqsa University

developed the (GDC-ERD) center to cope with the needs of

the researchers and the specialists .

Clinic:University clinic provides basic free-of-charge

medical services for both students and workers.

Al-Aqsa University Journal:

Al-Aqsa University issues an annual journal

contributed by both students and academic staff in

both Arabic and English. Many researches published

distinguished international awards.
