Investigating Web 2.0 Tools

Where it all began!

I was born on October 30, 1968 at Brookhaven Hospital. I grew up in a little town called Center Moriches, which is located on Long Island.

I am the youngest of four children. I have two older brothers and an older sister.

My Family!

I have been married for 18 years to my high school sweetheart. I have two children. My son is 15 and his name is Ryan and my

daughter is 11 and her name is Helen.

I have one dog and two cat and their names are Princess, Snuggles and Rosie.

I also have a fish tank filled with about 9 guppies. (Which were left over from my daughters science experiment last year.)

Life before TEAM!

I worked in an office as a bookkeeper, customer service coordinator, paralegal and exporting specialist.

After 9-11, I was laid off from my job, so I decided to go to school to become a teacher.

Life Now!

With a busy family, work and school, I basically don’t have a life. All of my time and energy is focused on succeeding with my family, work and school.

I do a lot of searching on the internet for new programs and funny video’s. Here is one that I found on YouTube.com called Funny Cats!

Past Collaboration!

The Cause: “We are a group of professionals who have found a need to create a central location for teachers and students to research, investigate, and discuss topics related to cancer and how school communities are affected.”

This was a wonderful experience. Our collaboration group learned so much from all the resources that we found.
