Event: Supergraph is Australia’s Contemporary Graphic Art Fair featuring leading graphic artists alongside Melbourne’s emerging talent.

Set over a 3 day weekend, the event schedule incorporated creative workshops, artist led masterclasses, family-fun events, DJ and live band sets, food trucks, bar, and an opening night party.

Role:Production Co-ordinator with Melbourne based Events Production agency, Flock.

Responsibilities included;

• Production schedule including bump in and out• Management and training of 30 strong team of volunteers and retail staff• Registration and on site management of over 81 exhibitors• Management of external suppliers and drinks sponsors on site• Liaison with venue management to adhere to all regulations and requirements for a heritage building event• Management of cash floats and petty cash on site for ticketing stations, food stations and bars• Daily on-site trouble shooting and management

VAMFF Melbourne

Event: As part of the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival events program, the Boutique High Tea and Boutique Edition Runway was a 3 part afternoon event consisting of two high street runway edits, and a high tea for VIP guests.

Role:Production Co-ordinator with Melbourne based Events Production agency, Flock.

Responsibilities included;

• Event management on site of High Tea event for 100 guests• Set up and styling of High Tea room• Liaison with event sponsors on site •Production scheduling and 3rd party supplier coordination • Management of team of 10+ volunteers for gift bag and back of house set up. • Supervision of bar and food service team • Liaison with media, photographers and PR team. • Management of speeches of celebrity hosts.• Budget management and reconciliation

WestfieldMelbourne

Event: In store activation as part of Westfield’s nationwide ‘Fashion Saturday’ event to drive awareness of their ‘#flatlaythenation’ social media campaign and drive consumer participation in-store at Westfield Knox.

Objectives:Encourage shoppers to share with their unique style via flatlay imagery, in order tocelebrate and share Australian style.Create a fun, inspiring and interactive activation for shoppers of all interests and ages

Role:Production Co-ordinator with Flock Agency

Responsibilities included;

• Creation of concept for Knox and response to brief presentation to client• Liaising with suppliers for build of event structure and materials• Training of promotional staff working on site• Liaising with resident Westfield stylist for event styling• Bump in and bump out plus on site event management • Budget management and reconciliation

Event: A pop up beauty cube as part of Westfield Knox ‘Fashion Saturday’ event, the area was strategically placed in the restaurant quarter in order to drive customer traffic to the shopping centre.

Role:Production Co-ordinator with Flock Agency

Responsibilities included;

• Build and tear down of pop up beauty cube, including marquee with photo backdrop, faux garden area with bar tables, champagne bar, DJ booth, 3 x individual beauty areas. • Management of bar staff and brand ambassadors during event• Liaison with 3rd party suppliers and sponsors including champagne bar sponsor, DJs, florist, photographer, AV technician etc. • Liaison with venue management team to ensure smooth running of activity • Schedule creation for bump in, bump out and live event • Stock management of champagne bar • Budget management and reconciliation

Easy ForexSydney

Event: The penultimate event of a global online trading competition, Easy Forex invited 3 of their top traders to a Canterbury Bulldogs NRL game in Sydney. The top trader was invited to take part in a $1,000,000 USD kicking challenge event, live on the pitch in front of more than 15,000 fans at ANZ Stadium.

Role:Account Manager with BD Network

Responsibilities included;

• Working alongside production head to execute halftime kicking challenge including management of pyrotechnics, 20 promotional staff, cheerleaders, show caller etc.• Liaison with venue management team including on site music and AV tech team for execution• Sourcing of all promotional items including clappers, power flags, centre circle banner, VIP suite items etc. • Assistance in management of VIP guests including sourcing translators, welcoe gifts, travel and accommodation.

Nintendo Geek C’est ChicLondon

Event: A Nintendo PR event in a central London bar, geared towards women aged 18 – 35 to encourage females to trial Nintendo devices and software and combat ideas that Nintendo is purely for gamers. Guests were able to trial the games, enjoy custom Nintendo themed cocktails and a pop up nail bar, and also take part in a life drawing session using Nintendo Art Academy. Hosted by Rick Edwards, there was also guest performances by Katy Perry and Lady Gaga lookalike performers.

Role:Staffing Executive with BD Network

Responsibilities included;

• Recruitment and training of promotional staff • On site briefing, staff management and allocation of roles• Overseeing staff and problem solving on site at event
