~ Job Description:

Responsible for a pre-set monthly acquisition of live accounts targeted on the assigned Zone/ Branch

Manage overall relationship with customer till the accounts become live ensuring that it complies with

pre-set criteria.

Responsible for the fulfillment of all documents related to individuals accounts opening.

Responsible for increasing the penetration rates by cross selling bank's assets products to new and

existing payroll companies.

Responsible for providing the payroll software to the companies and provide professional training to

the authorized persons.

Responsible for conducting regular visits/ calls to ensure customer satisfaction by handling all issues

that may arise.

Ensure quality control on the output pertaining to customer acquisition and service delivery by

applying a zero tolerance policy towards fraud or mis-selling.

Ensure providing an accurate salary scale for all companies' employees.

Provide regular performance reports and updates on the market reaction to CIB payroll as well as

competitor’s activities for possible enhancements.
