Have clear boundaries that are openly discussed in your relationship with your partner

If you aren’t in a relationship, have clear boundaries for yourself and communicate those to your friends so they can help you

REMEMBER: No matter how far I go, where I went , or how many drinks were bought, I can always remind the person of my boundaries.
