Free Availity Product or RCM* and healthcare training is listed in the catalog.
To access the catalog, click the menu in the upper left and select Catalog.
1. Click the Category field on the left to filter by categories such as authorizations and referrals, eligibility and benefits, attachments, and appeals.
2. Click the arrow to access additional pages of training.
3. Click the magnifying glass to search by keyword.
Examples:
• Search for a topic like eligibility.
• Search for a payer like Anthem or Florida Blue.
• Search for a training method like live webinar, recorded webinar, training demo, or training program.
4. Click the course name to view the full description and other details.
5. Click Enroll to add the course to your dashboard.
* Training options are customized for you.

Training is 10-60 minutes in length. With the exception of live webinars, training can be started and stopped at your convenience.

Availity offers live webinar sessions.
1. Click the menu in the upper left and select Catalog.
2. Click Sessions at the top of the page to only view live webinar sessions.
3. Click the left or right arrows on the calendar to access sessions in other months.
4. Click the darkened days in the calendar to view the sessions on that individual day.
5. Click View Course next to a session name to view more details about the session.
6. Click Enroll to sign up for the session.Tip: You will receive an email reminder 1 week, 1 day, and 1 hour before the session.

The Availity Learning Center store includes topics from coding to compliance to office management and business skills all delivered by industry experts.
To access the store, click the menu in the upper left and select Store.
1. To find training:
• Enter a keyword or a speaker’s name and click Search.Hint: Search for AAPC CEU to find courses that include CEUs
• Or click to select a category and click Filter.
2. Click a number to access additional pages of training.
3. Once you find the course you want, click the course name to view the details.
4. To purchase a course, click Add or click Add to Cart on the course description page.

5. Confirm the course name and click Proceed to Cart.
6. Confirm the course name and click Next Step: Checkout.
7. Enter your credit card information.
8. If you have a coupon/discount code, click Coupon Code? and enter the code.
9. Click Next Step: Confirmation.
10. Check your email inbox for confirmation.

Whether you enrolled in free training in the catalog or purchased training through the store, your training displays on your dashboard where you can complete all on-demand training.
To access your dashboard, click the menu and select Dashboard.
1. Click Enrolled Courses to view the courses you have enrolled in.
2. Click Completed Courses to view the courses you have completed.
3. Click Start to start your training.
4. Click Resume to resume training you previously started but didn’t finish.

Live Training
If you enrolled in a live webinar, check your email inbox for instructions and a link to access the training.

To access your completed courses, click the Completed Courses tile.
1. Click Certificate and follow the instructions to access your certificate for the completed course.
2. Click Relaunch to take the course again.
3. Click the course image and follow the steps to share your accomplishment on LinkedIn.
4. Click Download Training History and follow the instructions to access your transcript for all your training.

You can earn points for completing learning activities—100 points for completing a course and 400 points for purchasing a course. You can earn badges for completing activities and reaching point levels.
To access your achievements, click the menu and select Dashboard. Then click My Achievements at the top of the page.
1. View your points in the My Achievements and Leaderboard section.
2. View the top badges you earned in the My Top Badges section. Click My Top Badges to toggle to Upcoming Badges.
3. On the right, compare your success with other users. This is anonymous.
4. Check out the number of badges you earned in each category in the My Badges section.
5. View your achievements that earned those badges on the right side of the page. Click a badge category on the left to view information for that category on the right.
