    The weather for the week ending withMonday, August 32, continued geuerablyfavorable to growing crops, excepting Insouthern portious ot the territory therainfall has not been suftldent for theneeds ot vegetation.and there Is some com'plaint of scarcity of water. Over othersections the scattered showers have beensufficient for growing crops, and reportsindicate very satisfactory conditionThe temperature has been somewhathigher than usual for the season, whichhas had a beueflclal effect on ripeningfruits.
